I was so fortunate to discover this service. The pre planning was immaculate even though I made a same day request. The cleaner even managed to arrive earlier than I had booked (which was my wish). Tina came and words alone cannot express what a fabulous person she is. She was totally professional but also very easy to get on with, courteous, intelligent, funny and we ended up having hugely enjoyable and interesting conversations. She totally put me at ease in a somewhat unusual (for me) situation and also was very polite about the appallingly unclean and untidy state of my bachelor flat. She is a real gem and anyone fortunate enough to employ her in this job will be a very lucky person. The upside of the state of my flat is that I will definitely need more cleaning time put in so I will hope to have the pleasure of her company again. Mark
