I reached out to Zerodrytime about getting my carpets (stairs, landing and 1 bedroom) cleaned, to my surprise they could fit me in by the end of the month! I wanted the carpets cleaned as we've had a dog for a year so they needed a good deep clean, and refresh, and I wanted somewhere that didn't leave the carpets soaking and then the need to air out the house, nor a long service time as I work from home. Gareth texted the day before to confirm his arrival, and on the day they were on time, careful and respectful of my house and drive way. The carpets were immaculate and even a stain we've had from a plumbers clean up crew from 5 years ago nearly came out to my surprise! I wish I had before and after photos! The difference in my carpets has been such a surprise and well worth the cost. Not just that, they are true to their name and no need for the heating to one or house to be aired out, they were clean and dry, ready to walk on once they were done! I 100% recommend and will use again! Thank you!
