I would like to thank richard for sorting out some floorboards for me last minute as the previous plumbers had left them unsteady and broken in places. I had been let down by many joiners .
I was worried about many potential damage being caused to ceiling downstairs etc and Richard was conscious of my concerns. He took his time and worked methodically and the floor board looks absolutely brilliant. The cost was fair to amount of work that was involved.
Throughout the process Richard kept me involved as to what and how he was going to do next. As a person Richard is a lovely man to get on with ,honest and transparent and caring. He listens and takes notice of all the concerns and works with you.I hope to use Richard's services from now on and would genuinely highly reccomend him. Cant praise him enough.
