I found ABCD electrical after a quick google search since our electricity suddenly went out at 9pm. After dialling the number on their website someone picked up promptly. After explaining the situation Mike told me that I should contact the power network first before calling out an electrician and wasting my money in case it’s an external issue and if it’s not then he would be happy to help. I had called a couple others before him who were quick to give call out charge quotes so I really appreciated Mike’s honesty! He sent me the number via WhatsApp and I was able to sort it out straight away! Turns out it was external, but if I ever have any electrical issues I know who I’m calling!
I had a fantastic experience with Mike and Vijay! They came round and sorted out my electrical issue with impressive efficiency. The communication was super clear from start to finish, and they were able to diagnose the problem quickly and act immediately. Really friendly and knowledgeable, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I would recommend ABCD electrical to anyone in need of reliable and skilled electricians.
After our electricity cutting out just as we were heading to bed, Mike arrived with in an hour to resolve the issue. He was very friendly and efficient, and sent his colleague (Vijay) a few days later to replace a part on our fuse box, who was also great.
We called Mike when we had a water leak setting off our fire alarms at 1am! Mike was out within an hour to help disable the alarm for us. Mike was really friendly, calm and helped to put our minds at ease. Mike - thank you for your help in a stressful moment!
I would 100 per cent recommend this company. Called them up yesterday as my elderly mum's electricity in her home cut out in the evening. I spoke to Mike & explained the situation. He turned up about 1 hour later & fixed the situation very quickly. Mike was very professional & I was so relieved he made the situation safe & my mum wasn't left without heating. Thank you Mike.
