After being let down by numerous other carpenters we were so glad to find Brothers Carpentry. Our first project was to utilise an alcove in our bedroom into a shoe/handbag wardrobe. They responded promptly and arrived when arranged, with an array of samples to choose (this was a first!) Great start guys! First impressions count, very polite and helpful. Quote arrived in good time and date was arranged. Communication was great. I absolutely love my shoe/handbag wardrobe. Exceeded all expectations and I’m so happy we were let down by others initially because I know the project would not have been as aesthetically pleasing. We then went on to use Rafal and Jan for bespoke corner units for bedroom and living room. Finally this week a bespoke wardrobe fitted, designs were agreed, changed and changed again with no issues. Very accommodating to our needs. Even took delivery of wardrobe doors whilst we were on holiday to prevent any delay to fitting date. Again exceeded our expectations and finally now have the organisation and a beautiful dream home. Thank you! Now, for the next venture…Rafal and Jan will be back to build my new aesthetics salon/clinic (Aphrodite Aesthetics) in our garden next year. Honestly, I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do it as I know they will go above and beyond to bring my vision to life. Rafal and Janusz have been absolutely amazing! They have done a number of jobs for us including building shelves for our new build wardrobes and creating a beautiful outdoor space for us with a pragola and garden room which I absolutely love! They are extremely professional, hard working and have an attention to detail. Top quality work!!

Hi. I had these guys build a gazebo from scratch on site in 3 days. Some 5 meters wide and 3 meters deep. They are awesome. Hardworking guys who got on with the job with a high degree of skill. The quality of the materials they use are excellent. All solid and good quality. Their knowledge of how to build and construct properly is great. Cleaned up after themselves and left the place tidy at the end of each day. Thoroughly recommend these guys if you want the job done properly.

Look at the difference! On the left are a set of 135 year old stairs that where falling apart and on the right my beautiful, refurbished stairs. And I adore them. I contacted Brothers Carpentry Ltd to get advise and a quote to replace the staircase. Rafal advised that the stairs where built into the house and would be a huge job to replace. He then suggested having overlays instead which would be less mess and more cost effective. No brainer!! The team arrived bang on time on the agreed date. To complete the stairs, it took 1 day, and they are superb. They look amazing, I chose solid oak with no knots as I wanted a modern look, which has been achieved. Rafal and Ollie, are the cleanest workers I've met. Apart from the lovely staircase, they left without a leaving a trace of dust. All rubbish was removed without question. I would 100% recommend Brothers Carpentry Ltd and will definitely consider th for our next project. Ross is the best tradesman I've come across. Ross installed new worktop, upstands , tiles and sink with taps. I observed him from start to finish and Ross is highly skilled with attention to detail honest very hard working with very good communication and prices to match. Conciuensus and trustworthy. Ross completed the installation of our kitchen and associated electrical and plumbing works. From the outset, Ross was a great communicator, polite, courteous and respectful. Ross provided a very clear and accurate quotation and worked to schedule. There were no concerns as to feeling as though the work was being rushed, quite the opposite. Ross will not compromise on quality and finish and was quick to identify a solution to any problems encountered throughout. The craftsmanship displayed was second to none and I would have no hesitation in recommending Ross. All in all, faultless.

Brooks & Co developments have recently completed a garage conversion at our family home in Tonbridge. Sam from the get go has been very informative and very helpful not only with the technical side of the building project but also the design stage. His team work to a very high standard with cleanliness at the top of their minds. The cleanest builder we have ever had do work for us. The project was completed on time and within the price agreed. I cannot fault Sam and his team. Will definitely be using brooks & co for all our home projects.

Excellent garage conversion! Having had a bathroom refit done by another company a couple of years ago which didn’t go to plan, working with Brooks and Co was a refreshing change for the better. Excellent communication from the initial contact stage, through quoting and the project management itself. The time taken at quoting to measure and discuss options meant that the project ran smoothly even when the doors were delivered incorrectly. All contractors were punctual, efficient and courteous, and the level of workmanship is top notch. Would not hesitate to recommend and use again. These guys show how it should be done.

Right from the beginning of the project, Sam was super helpful, professional, quick to respond to our many questions and helped us in suggesting alternative materials and finishes if anything we’d asked for was beyond budget. He came to visit us on a number of occasions before the project started to go through everything in detail even though we don’t live that close. Given it was the first time we’d undertaken such a big project, all the extra effort was really appreciated. We felt very reassured and in safe hands. The quality of work was way beyond our expectations. All the team – Joel, Matt, Martin, the plasterers and Joe and Stephen the electricians, did a fantastic job. They would always ask us for our input and would make useful suggestions of the best way to do things if they had an alternative approach that would improve the outcome. We couldn’t believe how clean and tidy they were. All very lovely, friendly guys to have around too! You always hear stories builders producing unexpected costs or projects overrunning so we had thought that there might be a little of that but it was completed exactly as per the quote and timetable which was a massive added bonus. Sam and team did such a great job that we’re now rapidly trying to save for the next project with them! Wouldn’t want to use anyone else. Highly recommended. Thanks Sam and the team!

Brooks & Co are absolutely brilliant and I would 100% recommend them if you're looking for a firm who are not only very, very good at what they do, but also care about their clients. We approached them about converting our garage into a soundproof music studio for my band to rehearse in / home office space for my wife and it's just been completed a few weeks ago. We couldn't be happier with the results. The quality of the work Sam and his team carried out is outstanding, both in terms of the technical spec of the project being met and the craftmanship and finish of the work itself. Sam, Martin, Joel and Matt are all exceptional at what they do and thoroughly nice people too. The same for the electricians and air-con company they worked with to complete those aspects of the project. Having the Brooks & Co team working on our property didn't feel like an imposition at all - they were always incredibly polite, respectful and involved us in every decision that needed our input. And if they had any ideas that differed from our original spec slightly, they were excellent at making suggestions in a way that helped us to understand why it may be better to take a different approach to a particular aspect of the job. Sam's attention to detail during the quote phase made the final build so much easier to envisage in advance and his research into the soundproofing side of things was exactly what was needed to ensure we ended up with something that did the job it was meant to do. I can think of very few times in my lifetime where I've been so blown away by every aspect of dealing with a business as I have been during our experience with Brooks & Co. Using a company we had never dealt with before for such a big project was potentially a risk, but from the moment Sam first came round to quote, we felt in really safe hands and like we were dealing with people who really care about what they do. 100% recommended and will definitely be using them again.
