This is the second time we have used Carpenta (and we have two further jobs booked!) Mike was fantastic from start to finish. Encouraging us to be involved in the design phase, ensuring that we would be 100% happy with the end result. His craftsmanship is second to none, and, much to my husbands delight, Mike is a bit of a perfectionist and made sure every minute detail was thought of and catered for. We are absolutely delighted with the end product and would have no hesitation in recommending him to all.

Mike designed and delivered a built-in cupboard and shelving in a dining room alcove. The end result is a beautifully crafted piece of furniture which fits in with the aesthetic of the house and fulfilled our original brief. We are very satisfied customers!

Mike did a brilliant job designing and building a cabinet and shelves to fit our alcove. We were seriously impressed by the quality of the work and Mikes attention to detail. I would recommend him for any carpentry work and we will certainly be going to Mike for any future projects we have.

Mike built custom fitted bedroom furniture for two bedrooms for my in-laws. Their requirements were extensive, to achieve as much storage as possible and this involved fully fitted furniture on three walls in each bedroom. He is a pleasure to deal with and took the time to fully understand what was wanted and to suggest tweaks and improvements to ensure a great outcome. We cannot fault the quality. Where the units meet walls or ceilings, the scribing in is perfect. The fit and finish is superb and Mike's painstaking work has resulted in two beautiful bespoke bedrooms. Well worth the money.

We commissioned Adam and his team to make a built in cupboard and some floating shelves for our living room. Our experience was good and the whole process from first speaking with Vicky to installation was less than 3 weeks. They were professional, friendly, timely and the carpentry was high quality. I'd be sure to contact them again for future jobs.

We contacted A H Carpenters when we were in the market for a new kitchen. They were hands on throughout the entire process. Initially providing a professional design service to help us visualise our dream kitchen. This helped us greatly and their recommendations on fixtures and fittings were top notch. The installation was as professional and efficient as the design process. All trades were on time and provided a high level of quality in their work. We were looking to turn one of our rooms into an office/library. We not only used Adam to design and make the fitted bookshelves (fantastic, beautiful pieces of furniture) but he also project managed the entire works, liaising with plasterers, electricians, plumbers and decorators. We are absolutely delighted with the finished job. At all stages Adam was calm, in control, super easy to communicate with, and all the people involved were punctual , courteous and tidy. The quality of work was terrific. Overall, we are very pleased indeed and we will definitely ask Adam to do further projects for us.

Needed a bespoke wardrobe and came across Matthew funny enough on Instagram. He did 2 Bespoke Wardrobes with beautiful solid timber drawers, as per our request, which came out amazing!! Couldn’t recommend anyone else!!

I worked with Mark to build a media unit for my TV and I absolutely loved the result. Mark is very professional, he replied quickly to my enquiry and even managed to squeeze the job in his busy agenda before Christmas. He replied to all my questions and even advised on the design. When they came to fit the unit, Mark and his colleague were very respectful and also helped me to install the tv mount which was very kind. I will definitely use his services again in the future.

Brilliant, we have had some work done by another company in our extension which I wasn’t happy with but they came and fixed everything to a higher standard than we could of hoped for and whilst having a casual talk I mentioned looking for a more stylish baby safety gate than your normal plastic one they mentioned they could make one and I am extremely pleased how it looks! George completed a huge build across a 10m span blank wall. He built bespoke cupboards, shelving, false fireplace (over 5 M high); installed lighting and arranged to have the fireplace feature wall finished in Venetian plastering. He also built a bespoke 2m wide unit in our lounge to house a lot of vintage vinyl. Simply an astonishing job. The quality and finish are superb. Plus, he has great manners, cleans up and is punctual. I cannot recommend him highly enough. My crummy photo doesn’t do it justice.

Tony and his team were brilliant from start to finish. They created and fitted gorgeous bespoke under-stairs storage and extractor hood canopy. Great quality, great communication. Not cheap but worth it. Would highly recommend.
