Can't fault Billy and the team. They were punctual and tidy through out the project and communication was excellent. Very happy with the standard of work and the level of care taken and very happy with the end result. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend.

Lakes Carpentry and Builders have converted my garage into a room for my model railway layout. This work included moving a door, installing insullation, new floor, ceiling and walls. Building storage and a basebooard to build the tracks over. They have also built a new brick built shed and replaced the facia on the rear of the garage. I am very happy with their work.

We’ve used Lakes builders for two jobs, a garage conversion with a small but complex extension and then additional internal improvements including new doors throughout the house. We received clear quotes and information at each stage, with excellent ideas given by Bill to ensure a seamless integration of the extension with the rest of the house. We found Bill and all his team to be friendly and professional with high quality workmanship. Whenever a snag was found Bill always had suggestions for how we could address it. From intial enquiry to final installation, the guys at Shaped Interiors have gone above and beyond with their level of service. They been nothing but professional, helpful and friendly: I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. They listened to my ideas, drew up the CAD and happily amended a few small details when I asked. They fitted the furniture in a timely manner and to an exceptional standard, working tidily and respectfully as they did so. Their work has completely transformed our space and we are over the moon. I contact Shaped Interiors last minute as all the other carpenters I had contacted had either not got back to me or wanted to charge me a silly amount for what I wanted doing. Cormack and his brother came to my rescue and were so helpful. They agreed to carry out the job without hesitation. They were very efficient in carrying out the job and meticulous. Some of the paint of one of the wardrobes chipped slightly and they instantly resolved the issue at their own expense . Instead of just respraying one door , they resprayed all 8 doors. I was so grateful for this. The wardrobes are now finished and they look utterly amazing and I love them so much! Shaped Interiors really really helped me out as I was getting stressed that I was leaving it too late before my baby arrives.
