This is a truly excellent garage. They carry out MOTs but also the full range of garage services. Dan (the manager) is super helpful and a pleasure to deal with. On top of that, they are resourceful and their prices are very reasonable indeed. They have just saved my old Vauxhall Tigra by replacing one of the window motors/regulator which is essential to seal the door after opening on this particular car because of the ridiculously over engineered folding roof. The part was not available new any more from Vauxhall (the car being 17 years old) but Dan sourced a second hand one on eBay and then fitted it for me for £200 all in (including the MOT!). I honestly can't recommend them highly enough.

I have used this garage twice now, the first time in May 2024 and the second time 1st February 2025. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and the customer service. They gave me a call regarding my front brake pads and discs, explaining fully where they were at (almost 85% worn) and gave me the choice of what to do. Being a sensible chap, I gave them the go ahead to replace them. I had a full service and the front brake pads & discs replaced at a reasonable cost, certainly much cheaper than the main dealer. The staff are friendly and give good honest advice. I would certainly recommend bringing your vehicle here for any work that needs doing on it. My car is a 2019, Skoda Superb SEL Exec and it drives like an absolute dream, like it's straight off the forecourt. Thank you to the team at Hertford Service Centre and I will see you in a fortnight, when I bring my car in for her MOT.

First time I have been to this garage. Very pleasant people and my car was serviced in a couple of hours. I'll certainly use them again!

Amazing service. Felt very well looked after by Dan and his team. Have used this service a few times now and I always feel like I’ve been given the best options and advice. HSC has become my go-to, and I would highly recommend them for value and efficiency.
