Very in demand garage for good reason. The guys had been dealing with a recurring software problem on our VW. On all occasions they were reassuring, knowledgeable and very cost effective. We found them super busy so be prepared to book and wait, but know you'll get good service. Would not hesitate to return.

An honest and straight talking garage with family values yet good hi tech equipment considering they are not that large a premises. 10/10.

Another excellent repair to my sons Fiat 500. On initial inspection, the car needed a new wing and front bumper. So we got a quote which we were happy with. Julio, did say that if he could repaur the wing, he would reduce the quote, but would not know until, he got the car in and removed the wing. Collected the car 4 days later. Not only had they repaired the wing, they also repaired the bumber. Saving us quite a bit of money of the quote. Not only that, the paint work was a perfect match. Fantastic job. Great quality, and the guys saved me money.

Had a reduced performance turtle mode message popup on my XC90 related to air pressure. This garage were able to take my car at short notice. They were helpful, friendly, informative and most importantly they diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and fitted it relatively quickly. Price was reasonable/expected so that was good too. No hesitation to visit here again in case of future issues, thank you!

I took my car here for a puncture repair, having pre-booked it yesterday. Service was friendly, proactive communication was timely and useful, and the tyre was fixed quicker than expected. An all round excellent experience - highly recommended.

Brought my Audi A3 in here because the brake pad was grating. I was hoping to just replace the pads but it's never that simple is it. New discs as well plus one of the calipers was seized. He even showed me the caliper. It wasn't what I wanted to spend but that's life. Will use again. Hopefully not to soon.

Had my car in for an MOT and needed a couple things fixed before being passed. Just wanted to say how quick and efficient these guys were in getting my car repaired and redoing the MOT. Slight issue when I arrived home with my car, got them on the phone and they had me straight back down and have fixed the problem. I took my Mercedes GLE 250 into Prestige and was told in detail what would need to be done to fix a very complicated Air Conditioning issue. I was given a quote for two days work and parts and was pleasantly surprised when I went to collect the car that not only was it fixed but would be over £700 less than the original quote. Air Con now works perfectly and I cannot endorse this garage enough for their excellent service and professionalism. I will definitely use them again.

I can’t recommend the guys at Prestige Performance in St Albans highly enough. They have done a few jobs for me now on my E Class Mercedes. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Rob who has been such a help to me, especially during my cars most recent visit where they had to put right a bodged job from another so called mechanic.
