Service (call to confirm price before arriving) The team are good, product and service was good overall. After booking your appointment call to confirm the price as i booked a service for £321 and after i got there and waited an hour they told me it would be around £400+ as my car is not a standard car. SUGGESTION: I'd recommend the team looking over each booking and calling their customers in advance before the customers making their way down to the garage. Other than that they are decent.

I can’t recommend the guys at Prestige Performance in St Albans highly enough. They have done a few jobs for me now on my E Class Mercedes. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Rob who has been such a help to me, especially during my cars most recent visit where they had to put right a bodged job from another so called mechanic. I took my Mercedes GLE 250 into Prestige and was told in detail what would need to be done to fix a very complicated Air Conditioning issue. I was given a quote for two days work and parts and was pleasantly surprised when I went to collect the car that not only was it fixed but would be over £700 less than the original quote. Air Con now works perfectly and I cannot endorse this garage enough for their excellent service and professionalism. I will definitely use them again.
