I received a quote from a main dealership for approx £2k of apparently “urgent” work following service and MOT (which it passed) I took it to goodmans for a second opinion and they said there was nothing wrong with it and it didn’t need any work. I’m impressed because they had my invoice from the dealership so they could have easily said to do a couple of things at half the cost etc but they have gained nothing out of telling me it doesn’t need any work. Except i’ll be back in a year for the next service and MOT! So I can’t comment on work quality but they were lovely to me with this issue this morning.

Excellent customer service. They were very clear about what needed to be repaired, communicated when there was a delay to parts arriving and most importantly their pricing was very reasonable. They also advised on what to do to avoid the same issues with the car. I highly recommend Goodman Autos.
