Wow. The first contact I had with them was by phone. I had missed about 3 calls and hadnt returned any before my scheduled appointment. When I spoke to the boss, he aas so friendly and careful to explain everything that was going to happen. I arrived and was greeted with respect and light-hearted humour. Again everything was explained carefully and everyone was so cheerful. Great management in action.
