New Road Service Station was recommended to me by my daughter who lives nearby and takes her car there for everything, repairs and mot. The receptionists are amazing. Very friendly, welcoming and efficient. It's a very busy garage and I'm not surprised, but they always do their best to fit you in for an appointment. I have so far found them to always be forthright, honest, and fair. They will not do anything that's not necessary on your vehicle. That's so refreshing in these days of so many 'rip off ' merchants!!! I can only give them 5 stars for customer service and first class mechanical and technical support.

Now sorry originally a joke but I think it Steven or Stephen but will for now say John, Darcy and the other one !! (🤣🤣). Thankyou guys , well mainly to John as he was the hero on the day. Thanks to my brother in law, my over ride switch was on wrong way round so I discovered a wire connector burnt on. I phoned up here and (the best one with the spaniel) said bring down sure we can help. John very quickly attached a new clip on for me in speedy time. Now have perfect working Scoooter. Who knew there talents ranged from cars to mobility scooters !. Ab no charge but wanted paying in kindness... (ahemmm)...so in the pouring rain and soggy knickers I kept my promise and produced a cake as way of kindness today. But to be serious they have a good reputation for a reason. Lovely people . Excellent quality service, honest answers and great results (cliche, I know...but true). I have sent my various cars here over the past decade and never had a bad experience. Saved me hundreds compared to going to official dealers for service and repairs and is always available to check an issue or fit you in for a smaller issue at short notice. This will always be my first port of call for any of my vehicles.

Fantastic, fast service and such friendly guys - we blew a tyre on the M25, were luckily only a 7 minute drive away once we got the spare on and were attended to immediately. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Most reliable service ever. I dare to leave our cars there, because I know that they will be in good hands and that everything that was agreed and discussed will be done according to a good and safe professional standard. We are using them at least for over the past 15 years, maybe even more.. Just a minor comment on the MOT issue mentioned below by Ms M.H. for which the garage received only one star.. electronic filing issues might not invalidate the test result itself; the MOT testing stations will be still liable and responsible for the results, and they must provide a hardcopy for attesting the roadworthiness of the vehicle.. just in case there would be issues with those digital system interfaces of the DVLA.. if there was a "pass" on the hardcopy that you might have received than the situation was far away from being illegal..
