New Road Service Station was recommended to me by my daughter who lives nearby and takes her car there for everything, repairs and mot. The receptionists are amazing. Very friendly, welcoming and efficient. It's a very busy garage and I'm not surprised, but they always do their best to fit you in for an appointment. I have so far found them to always be forthright, honest, and fair. They will not do anything that's not necessary on your vehicle. That's so refreshing in these days of so many 'rip off ' merchants!!! I can only give them 5 stars for customer service and first class mechanical and technical support.

Now sorry originally a joke but I think it Steven or Stephen but will for now say John, Darcy and the other one !! (🤣🤣). Thankyou guys , well mainly to John as he was the hero on the day. Thanks to my brother in law, my over ride switch was on wrong way round so I discovered a wire connector burnt on. I phoned up here and (the best one with the spaniel) said bring down sure we can help. John very quickly attached a new clip on for me in speedy time. Now have perfect working Scoooter. Who knew there talents ranged from cars to mobility scooters !. Ab no charge but wanted paying in kindness... (ahemmm)...so in the pouring rain and soggy knickers I kept my promise and produced a cake as way of kindness today. But to be serious they have a good reputation for a reason. Lovely people . Make sure you take all your cars and scooters to them ! Lots love Hazel

Excellent and quick support from the team at New Road Service Station today. I had what I thought was a stuck brake calliper and took it to NRSS for their advice. The team confirmed the issue and managed to sort it out for me the same day .. brilliant and helpful service as always. Many thanks.
