A first class fine dining experience. The front of house team are an absolute asset to the restaurant and the chef is incredibly talented. They were able to accommodate our pescatarian diet for the 8 course tasting menu with ease. A gem in the area. We will be back!
Our absolute go to for a special occasion. We've been 5 times now and have yet to be disappointed. We still reference the Old Bank as our measure of a good meal/value when we're having a tasting menu elsewhere - especially the whipped chicken skin butter (haven't found anywhere that serves butter as delicious as this!). Love that the menu changes with the seasons.
Can't wait to go back after Christmas.

I came for an evening meal, and the menu choices were tasting menus, either 5 or 8 courses.
We decided on the 5 course.
The food was fresh and original.
Every course was beautifully presented and tasted equality delicious.
This restaurant definitely serves a Michelin star 🌟
The restaurant was elegant and crisp looking.
All the staff were friendly,attentive and nothing was too much trouble.
This was a fine dining experience with class and reasonably priced.
I'd highly recommend if you like the fine dining experience and I'd definitely return when back in the area.
We had the 8 course tasting menu and it was very enjoyable and there were some interesting dishes in there too. I think however that this restaurant is missing a star dish which will make the experience memorable for a long period of time.
We went for the first time and had the five course tasting lunch with wine flight. It was outstanding. Food was delicious and interesting. Wine was excellent - especially the champagne. Very friendly service and welcoming vibe. Toilets were pristine. It might seem expensive but for a special meal it is worth it.
