Reviews
Well this place is adorable. Plants and cute little vintage items you can buy, as well as a nice menu. The smoothies were good-super fresh tasting, and the cheese and onion toasty came with a great side salad. I'm glad we stumbled upon this place and I would recommend. Their jacket potato menu looked quite extensive and I bet there's something for everyone.
Really lovely cafe at the absolute top of the high street.
A tiny bit off the beaten track at the top of the high street. Walls adorned ( as wallpaper effect) with actual (it appeared) hessian coffee sacks with different bespoke brands of coffee / single roasts. Items for sale displayed everywhere
Attention to detail was really great, the cake offered warm and with butter etc etc. Place had a nice relaxed vibe and a friendly welcome.
Coffee was nice, everyone says it is, as was the toastie. Mulled wine and mince pies too!, but it was 1030am...
Definitely worth a walk a bit further up the high street. Great place.
I recently visited Mill Place, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience!
The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with a warm welcome and plonked my bottom onto a seat. Great coffee and the warm, inviting decor with lots of ornaments to buy around. This place is cosy, making it a perfect spot for relaxing listening to classical music while watching the hustling outside on Margate High Street.
What an absolute gem of a place!
Ordered a cheese and tomato sandwich on brown bread. Good thick bread, buttered to the edges, lots of filling, and so so fresh. Resisted the urge to buy any of the gorgeous vintage items they have available for sale.
Will definitely return again.
Incredibly friendly service as well.
Came for sunday morning coffee. Lovely little cafe/antique shop run by a lovely couple. Super friendly and welcoming, tasty coffee and cakes. Even if you don't sit and eat, you can browse the trinkets for sale around the shop and in the back room. Will definitely make this a regular stop when visiting the town.
