Absolutely sensational Sunday lunch. The best I’ve ever had. Belly of pork was cooked to perfection. The portions are big. The service is 5 star and the ambience is perfect for a country pub. A must visit!
We were 15 and were looked after so well. It was busy but timed managed so service was excellent 👍
The staff were friendly. The food was amazing and a very gluten-free friendly menu. It is dog-friendly too and with a big car park and live music in the garden.
Just recently enjoyed a first class Sunday lunch. Everything was perfectly cooked and portion sizes generous. The service was excellent and all staff couldn't have been more helpful. All in a beautiful 14th century pub set in an idyllic location, will definitely return.
An excellent pub with friendly, helpful, efficient staff. We popped in for a drink after attending the funeral of a friend, so I can't comment on food. The atmosphere was inviting and comfortable. There was a good choice of real ale available, the one I tried was in superb condition. There's a well laid-out, large car park, too. Recommended.
