Amazing hot chocolate. It was bigger than I expected. Amazing staff and service. 5/5 stars.
This branch is within the Next store just off the M20 in Maidstone. It's quite comfortable but a little soulless although there was background music playing. As usual the prices are very high for both food and drink but I guess you pay your money and take your choice. Some drinks are nearly £5 and I do think nearly £4 for an egg mayo sandwich is ridiculous especially as they're really nothing special. The staff were friendly enough with three on duty when I visited. Many of the tables had empty cups and plates on them and needed a wipe down ready for the next customer.
Friendly staff, quite busy on the weekends but nevertheless it is a good spot if you need to do some shopping and grab a coffee in the meantime :)
This one is better than some I've been in. Great seating area inside upstairs in Next shop. Clean tidy and, great atmosphere. Toilets are clean being they are in a shop as opposed to just a Costa on its own. Sometimes awful 😖. Overall, very satisfied with staff coffee and , seating area etc.
