Our friend recommended coming to this place (because they enjoyed it) & said for us to have the sharing platter (as it was very yummy & freshly made). Me & my fiancé both thought it was a lovely place with a nice big back garden, the service was great & friendly & we really enjoyed our meal… it was delicious & it certainly filled us up & it was worth the total price £38 that was including 2 alcoholic drinks. We will definitely be visiting again. Thank you x
Popped in to this village pub for a drink after visiting a local land mark. I felt welcome and the pub had a nice atmosphere. They were serving food including Sunday roast, there was a separate dining area. The pub has an oldy worldy feel with lots of bits and bobs on display. There is a large outside area with plenty of seating. Parking is limited but it's possible to park in nearby roads without too much problem.
Lovely Sunday dinner, food was lovely, food portions were brilliant, atmosphere was welcoming friendly staff, we will be returning in the new year! Also booked Christmas next year
