Sharon is simply the best beauty therapist I’ve ever been to. Admittedly I only have my waxing done with her but based on this experience, I’d highly recommend her and assume that all her services are just as good. Her pricing is extremely reasonable and she’s a joy to be in the salon with. My waxing is always done with minimal fuss and less pain than anywhere I’ve been before. I’m so bad at booking appointments in advance too & Sharon is super accommodating when trying to fit me in at short notice.

I must admit, I’ve always a bit intimidated of walking into beauty salons but I had a body scrub and spray tan with Sabrina. She answered my (many) questions prior which calmed my nerves, she was bubbly, lovely and very approachable. She’s super knowledgeable and skilled, I won’t be going elsewhere and I would highly recommend her services! Thank you so so much! 🥰

Sabrina is very professional in her work and has clean equipment and clean beautiful professional products. I purchased her foot cream and ong my feeeet are sooooo shiny and soft and smooth if I could leave a before and after picture here I would. Its sooo nice. I always love how Sabrina did my natural eyelashes extension. They look so natural as I wanted. I also purchased face serum and my face is glowing Thank you so much !!!

Sabrina is just lovely - polite, professional and friendly. Her work is always top notch and she has a great attitude. Even though we hadn't pre-booked, she didn't mind adding in an extra manicure for my daughter. I would recommend her to anyone!

I was treated to a Peaceful Pregnancy Face and Body Experience. Karen was fantastic and made the experience so special and relaxing for me. Karen kept checking that I was comfortable and she couldn’t do enough for me. It was an incredible treatment and I left the salon feeling like a new person. I highly recommend Karen! I cannot wait to return in the future to try some more treatments. It is one of the best things I’ve done!

I had a massage today with a lively therapist. I didn't ask for her name iam so sorry I should have! I had the deal with the superfood facial and back massage. Oh my goodness it was amazing and as I seen in another review it was better than treatments I have had at an expensive spa! I highly recommend and will definitely be back!

I was given the silver package as a gift . And oh my goodness, it was the best ever . Body and head massage and facial. Emma was the lady who took care of me.Everything that was in the silver package was excellent. .I highly recommend her and will be booking. more treatments with her . I felt absolutely wonderful when I left the beauty spa .

I booked a November deal (facial and back massage) for 77 pounds. It felt so luxurious! Robyn, my therapist, made sure that I was comfortable at all times. The room was warm and the massage table was heated. The facial was superb and so was the back massage. I've gone to other (more expensive) spas around Surrey/London and I don't think it's worth paying nearly double. I'll definitely be back again!

The stylist listens to what YOU want, and will give you genuine and honest advice. Beth recently coloured and styled my hair, and I love it! Highly recommended....give it a go!

I had such a lovely experience and haircut today! I was really lucky to get an appointment, I’ve been wanting to visit for ages but this salon is always busy. I actually felt a bit nervous but it’s a really nice atmosphere and the staff are lovely, smiling and welcoming so they really made me feel comfortable. My haircut is perfect, Ludovic listened to what I wanted! He’s got a really nice way about him, he’s professional but the conversation was easy and effortless. I feel lucky to have been able to visit today :-)

So very happy to have found M&L. I suffer severe anxiety re. visiting the hairdressers, so it took a lot of researching and a "leap of faith" to make my first visit. I needn't have worried - all the staff here are lovely and friendly, making you feel at ease, and who wouldn't relax with that beautiful garden to look at! The finished result was excellent (I had highlights by Louise and cut by Ludovic) - just what I wanted and I couldn't be happier. A big "thank you" and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Definitely the best hairdresser around. Over the years I've tried every salon in Caterham and Jones is by far the best. Everyone who works there is nice and friendly. There's always good music playing rather than trendy Muzak. They have a very talented team of stylists. I take my daughter too and they make her feel like a princess. Highly recommend.

I took my children to the hair sanctuary and was looked after by Daisy. She is amazing, would recommend her every time. She did lovely hair cuts on all 3 of my girls and they look forward to seeing her every time. All the ladies in there are super friendly and welcoming.

I have been coming to the hair Lounge for a couple of years now after a friend recommended them and have always had the best experience ever. My hair is always coloured, cut and blow dried exactly how I like it. The girls are fantastic and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxing. I finally got my mum to go today after constantly telling her how great they are, she’s the fussiest person I know when it comes to her hair but she was over the moon with the whole experience, it looked stunning. I've been getting my haircut with Trisha at The Hair Lounge for over 10 years. There's a reason it's been that long...she's great! Decor and atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. It's very clean too. I always push my luck trying new styles but Trisha is always accommodating and able to pull off whatever I ask for. I couldn't recommend The Hair Lounge highly enough and would suggest if you are looking for a hairdresser in the Caterham area then look no further.

The Hair Lounge had been my local hair salon for some time; I found the entire staff pleasant, welcoming and professional. Having a variety of services including Perms/Colours/Cuts over the years and never had to make any negative comments, in fact it has been reassuring to know I was in safe hands; I had been cutting my own hair for many years as I had a phobia, never letting anyone touch my hair until meeting Trisha who reassured me, gave me plenty of time to acclimatise and she excepted my eccentricities then trust soon followed I have moved from the area now and live in Chichester, West Sussex but I still travel to The Hair Lounge as I feel I am in good, caring and safe hands Thank you Trisha and your team Annette During These difficult times, I feel protected as all PPE's have been worn under strict guidelines - Well Done
