I have been coming to The Hair Lounge for a number of years now. I look forward to having my hair cut/coloured! The staff are very friendly and very accommodating, there is a good atmosphere to relax in and the hairdressing skills are of a very high quality. I wouldn't have my hair done anywhere else.

I have recently had my hair done at the hair lounge after lockdown and it was a fab experience. The staff have gone above and beyond to make sure everyone is safe. My hair has been transformed and I love it. Great job Hair Lounge, can't wait to come back!

The Hair Lounge had been my local hair salon for some time; I found the entire staff pleasant, welcoming and professional. Having a variety of services including Perms/Colours/Cuts over the years and never had to make any negative comments, in fact it has been reassuring to know I was in safe hands; I had been cutting my own hair for many years as I had a phobia, never letting anyone touch my hair until meeting Trisha who reassured me, gave me plenty of time to acclimatise and she excepted my eccentricities then trust soon followed I have moved from the area now and live in Chichester, West Sussex but I still travel to The Hair Lounge as I feel I am in good, caring and safe hands Thank you Trisha and your team Annette During These difficult times, I feel protected as all PPE's have been worn under strict guidelines - Well Done

I have been coming to the hair Lounge for a couple of years now after a friend recommended them and have always had the best experience ever. My hair is always coloured, cut and blow dried exactly how I like it. The girls are fantastic and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxing. I finally got my mum to go today after constantly telling her how great they are, she’s the fussiest person I know when it comes to her hair but she was over the moon with the whole experience, it looked stunning. I can not thank Trish enough with her care and patience, she made my mum a very happy lady who will definitely be coming back. Big big thank you 😊

I've been getting my haircut with Trisha at The Hair Lounge for over 10 years. There's a reason it's been that long...she's great! Decor and atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. It's very clean too. I always push my luck trying new styles but Trisha is always accommodating and able to pull off whatever I ask for. I couldn't recommend The Hair Lounge highly enough and would suggest if you are looking for a hairdresser in the Caterham area then look no further.
