I arrived early and was offered a drink. The salon is very pleasant atmosphere and I just read my book while I waited. The staff are friendly and courteous. Haircut was fantastic as usual!

It was my first time in the salon and a bit sceptical. I had an appointment with Finola for cut and blow dry. The minute she talked to me I knew that she would exceed my expectations. A true professional, she talked to me about what I would like and together we decided on the haircut. Very friendly but not loud and noisy she got me through all the stages and gave a haircut that I love. The massage chair was a real treat.

i have been going to Sarai a real long time......they always cut my hair REALLY WELL.....efficiency and also a friendly atmosphere ....as i am in my 70s i asked for a treatment for my sensitive scalp.....the right home shampoo and a treatment when i come for my monthly cut.....Sarah came straight back with exactly what is proving to be just right for my hair.....FIRST RATE....BRILLIANT....thank you

It was my first time at Sarai today. I am so pleased that I came. Chloe listened to how I wanted my hair done & used her expertise to talk me through how she was going to achieve it.
