Visited last Saturday lunch time. Walk-in no appointment needed. Three others seated plus one on the chair. Only one staff working. Thought lunch time other maybe on break. She, sorry didn't catch the name, gave time and attention to each customer and cut. So around 20-30 mins each. Seem to be doing a great job. Unfortunately, turns out she's the only one on duty on the day. So waiting more than two hours for my turn. Not her fault, just short of staff in that afternoon. She's very patient too. Not having a break herself and non stop. When it was my turn, she did a great job. Near and tidy. Very happy with the cut. Thank you. Will definitely come back again. But maybe check how many staff working first though.

Great customer service. Tom saw I put my head in the window to see if they were open or not & as I live locally he sent me a private message saying if I came back he would get my hair done. Hair cuts are good, not the fastest but that's because of the friendly banter & conversation going on. Fair price too. Would happily return.

Going to Tom Colins for haircut from past few years now. They are really good at cutting hairs - give attention to detail. I mostly get my hair cut from Tom - he is really good at what he does.

Took my 13 month old son here for his second hair cut this morning and I'm very impressed! Lovely staff and done a great job. Will definitely be returning.

Visited yesterday just after 8am thinking it would be a quick in and out and there was 4 people already waiting, this was a sign of how great a barbers that Tom Collins's is. There was three people doing hair today, I got to see Tom himself who clearly enjoys what he does, he gave me some advice when I asked what I wanted, which I took and he then did me a great hair cut and beard trim, all at an extremely reasonable price too. I now have a new favourite barber. Thank you again Tom.
