I've never been very good at knowing what I want to do with my hair and it has made going to the hairdresser a frustrating experience. I have been going to Holly at Spires now for over a year and she has been so helpful and patient in helping me to work out what to do. Over time we agreed on the best cut and colours and I've always felt that Holly takes great pride in her work and does her best for me. My hair is now the best it has ever been and it really does make a difference to my confidence as a whole. And I've had so many compliments about my hair too! I highly recommend Spires for their professional service, quality, and customer care.

Spires is such a lovely hair salon. I had my hair washed, cut and styled by Lindsay (the newly qualified apprentice) and she was amazing. Everything was double checked by a very experienced stylist and I love my cut. Thank you 😊

I went to spires for hair colour training session. I am absolutely in love with the colour they've achieved. I had my baby twins with me too and all the staff were so friendly and helped me keep them entertained while I was in the chair. I'm definitely going again for a training session. So much care and attention is taken!

I had the absolute best time at Spires with Ella! Firstly Karen was so warm and welcoming when I arrived, and then Ella was so kind and interested in my experiences and what I wanted to achieve with my hair. Her advice and the cut was perfect. Never before have I ever felt so valued as a customer and I’m genuinely excited to come back. I usually dread hair appointments and feel so self conscious but your team were superb, and so genuine. I also really appreciated Grace taking the time to come over and introduce herself. All in all a great experience and expert hair advice and styling, thank you!

Richard, Karen & Abi were the saviours of my wedding day, and some of the kindest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. 3 weeks before the big day I broke my right elbow, meaning that my plan to do my own hair fell flat. Panicked calls to salon after salon left me with little hope- until I got on the phone to Karen. I could tell that I was speaking to truly kind, empathetic people, as they went *beyond* above and beyond to help me. Absolutely anything Richard & Karen could do to make things easier for us, they did, without a second thought. I have honestly never felt genuinely cared for like that by a business, but there is a real family vibe here - they treated us like family. After a fantastic trial with Abi I knew I was in the best hands and lo and behold, On the morning of my wedding, I was pampered and cared for while mine and my Mum's hair were styled absolutely beautifully.
