Sophie was great, friendly and professional. She was very knowledgeable and knew what I wanted despite me forgetting the pictures! I absolutely love the cut. Other positives: the salon has two late nights. It's beautiful and clean. They offer other services. I'm impulsive so I love that they fit me in at short notice. My scalp reacted to the shampoo/conditioner (itching and rash) I'm including this for information only, I still give the salon five stars as it was such a good experience overall.

Had my hair coloured and cut by Sophie. Really enjoyed the experience, felt really comfortable in the salon and Sophie was great helping me with the colour choice. She really wanted me to be happy with my hair which looked beautiful after she had blow dried it. I would definitely recommend this salon, I think it was great value for money too.

They are wonder girls, I went there last night, i was late for my appointment which i thought they wouldnt have time to do what i wanted but they still did and had to work late just so my hair looked at its very best. They were completely professional, very friendly the prices are very good. The salon it's self is amazing very high end. Can't thank these ladies enough I've just had a baby and to get pampered is very rare my hair looked amazing and I felt it after leaving. So thanks girls and ladies get down there you won't be sorry. I’ve been going here for about 18 months and I’m just sorry i haven’t written this review sooner. After some beyond disappointing colour experiences elsewhere I tried to find a colour specialist in the area and I found Luxhair. Ironically, the last hair dye experience I had made me reevaluate everything and I decided to stop colouring my hair! Every time I visit the response I have to my natural hair colour is just lovely. So many hairdressers I’ve spoken to turn their noses up at the decision to stop dying my hair and don’t even try to understand it. These amazing girls don’t even hint at a negative opinion of it. They encourage it, they praise it, they bolster me and they give me the best hair cuts I’ve ever had. Throughout my transition to my natural salt and pepper colour I’ve left this salon feeling brilliant and with hair to be proud of, something I never expected! I can’t thank Sadie enough for her time and care and her naturally accepting attitude.

I booked the wrong kind of appointment and when I went in the staff kindly informed of what i should have booked for and was very helpful in rebooking my appointment and with the proper stylist for my needs. Sadie was very helpful and attentive; she knew what i was going for since I badly needed a complete mew hairstyle. My hair was long, frizzy and i was just in need of a change and Sadie, thankfully, helped me ease into it. All in all a very great experience. Will plan to come again next time!
