I have been going to Charlotte for years and absolutely love visiting her and Maddi in the salon now! The girls are so professional, patient and lovely! I love getting my lashes and tattoos done here and have recommended many times as I really trust these ladies ❤️

I recently went back to Ombre Beauty Studios for my 2-year touch-up after having my ombre eyebrows done by Charlotte, and I couldn’t be happier! The brows from my first visit have lasted so well over the past two years, and I’ve received countless compliments about them. The touch-up was just as amazing as the original treatment—Charlotte is absolutely superb. She’s not only incredibly skilled but also so friendly and attentive, making the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. The studio itself is always clean and welcoming, and I love the calming atmosphere. Charlotte took extra care to ensure that the shape and color were perfect for my face and preferences. I’m thrilled with how my brows turned out—natural, defined, and still looking fresh and full! I had an amazing experience at the Japanese head spa! The deep detox facial massage was so relaxing, and the scalp treatment felt incredible. They used OWAY products, which smelled amazing and made my skin and scalp feel so refreshed. It was the perfect way to relax and feel renewed. I highly recommend it if you’re looking to unwind and treat yourself! I definitely coming back ❤️

Good massage, I would have preferred a bit more communication and I was cold at times as there was a breeze on my back, i could also hear both the music inside the room and a different song coming from elsewhere which was a bit distracting!

First trip to SJ Forbes after various friends have recommended. Definitely not disappointed. Had a pretty big chop (compared to my usual little trims) and really pleased with the results. I hadn't had my hair cut for some time and the stylist, Alice, was very respectful of cutting what I felt comfortable with, balancing this with the cut improving the health of the hair and ends still feeling fresh. I had an appointment that I booked the day before and she took her time with them. The nail art is exactly what I wanted and the prices are reasonable as well.
