I took my 6 year old to have a pixie cut and she absolutely loves it! They are all so friendly, very talented, all set up appropriately during these hard times (masks, etc) and their prices are very fair. We will definitely return.

Good basic haircut fot an older guy with friendly staff. Far superior to the many barbers in Tolworth and West Ewell who have sprung up over the recent years, that seem associated and are collectively pushing prices higher and higher. Online booking is easy too.

Millie did such a fabulous job on my highlights. My previous hairdresser had unfortunately changed to another industry so I was very nervous to go to someone new (hence my extra long regrowth). I am so glad Sebastian’s was well recommended and Mille is fabulous! Thank you so much!!

Top service. Went in for a full head of highlights and was seen by Gavin. conversation flowed, time passed real quick and I came out with my hair exactly how I wanted. Gavin is very knowledgeable when it comes to hair and does exactly what you want/ need. Will now be a regular customer at Gavin's.

It was my first time at the salon. I went for a haircut and blow-dry with Ellie. She was really lovely and kind. I wasn’t very sure about the style I wanted, so she made some suggestions, and I left feeling very happy about the result. I appreciated that she explained the steps she was going to take. I have been going to bliss now for more then 10 years and I really would now not go anywhere else. I have extremely thicky curly hair and I have never been disappointed with my colour, cut and/or style. I just wanted to use this time to also say a huge thankyou for rearranging your team around yesterday to still accommodate me. Sadly my usual stylist was unwell and yet you were still able to do my hair at my appointed time. Hayley and her team are so welcoming and friendly. My 6 yr old son has been getting his hair cut by Hayley for the last year. He is deaf, and Hayley has gone out of her way to make him feel comfortable by using some sign language and asking how best to communicate with him. When asked what he liked about Hayley my son said 'she is very careful not to cut my ears and I like her Halloween decorations'. Thank you team Serenna.

I have been coming here since it was TN6. I always see Kerry, who rescued me from green swampy hair after a bleach and tone treatment went awfully wrong! She not only saved my hair but has risen to every challenge I have presented her - two tone hair, bleaching out blue stain, no problem for Kerry. Hayley the new owner is wonderful and it has been lovely watching her put her stamp on the place. I am planning to move away soon, but I absolutely will not be changing my hair stylist.

I saw Hayley for the first time today, my hair was in an absolute state as I've been putting off seeing a new hairdresser - I've been with my usual one for as long as I can remember! Hayley instantly made me feel at ease and in very good hands. She was a brilliant mixture of respecting what sort of thing I was hoping for, but also her expert judgment and advice. She completely transformed my hair and I think knew more what I wanted than I did! I highly recommend this lovely lady, she really is excellent at what she does, and such a warm friendly person.
