We had three haircuts at Flower Salon today and wow! We were really chuffed with the outcome. Shazia is exceptionally knowledgeable as a hair stylist; she recognised my tricky hair type and professionally used her expertise to give me a beautiful haircut- one, like no other I've ever had before - thank you Shazia! My girls loved their special haircuts too! I think we've finally discovered our perfect regular hair salon!

I brought both my daughters in today for last minute haircuts. So pleased I did. My 11 yo had her first restyle and she is so happy. Finally managed to move her side parting to the middle and she has a really beautiful new style. My younger daughter wanted to go short and loves her new look. She usually really struggles with haircuts and social interactions. Shazia was so welcoming and calm. I had my eyebrows threaded and am really happy with them. All prices are very reasonable. Great experience. I had an incredible experience getting a haircut, wash, and blow-dry here! The owner is so caring and professional—she clearly loves what she does. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me amazing advice on how to look after my hair to keep it healthy and manageable. The wash was relaxing, with high-quality, great-smelling products, and the blow-dry was perfect! It made my hair fall beautifully and feel so soft—I couldn’t stop running my fingers through it. The cut was precise and exactly what I asked for. I left feeling confident, pampered, and well cared for. Highly recommend this salon for excellent service and a personal touch!

Fantastic service. I went in for a full head of highlights, the salon owner (Shazia) was very professional, friendly and delivers great service and results for great prices, I also needed a haircut for my toddler, I walked in and she was more than happy to do it there and then. I had an amazing facial with Chrystal today. Her space is so relaxing and like a mini heaven!! I love the way she handled her hands and love the natural and vegan products she used on me it's so amazing The facial was super relaxing and my skin is full of a healthy glow! My daughter has had a pamper party here for the last 2 years and we couldn’t be happier with Crystal and her team. So friendly and make the kids feel at ease . The salon offers a wide range of treatments and Chrystal is qualified in all areas. I would highly recommend. I have aesthetics with Maria and I really value her opinion. She wants her clients to get the best results from all their treatments and won’t just do a procedure for the money. I full trust Maria, she is qualified and professional.

My daughter had her 6th birthday party at Chrystals. It was fantastic, the girls had a great time and are still talking about it now. The salon is beautiful, and the treatments are all child focused and made to feel like princesses. I highly recommend Chrystal and her team.

I would recommend this salon, especially Victoria. Victoria did a restyle on my hair, she took a long time to perfect my hair, then Victoria styled my daughters hair. We were very happy with the service provided.

Used for first time for wash, cut, blowdry and straighten. Receptionist very helpful fitting me in for early appointment. Nikki was very good at listening to what I wanted and I was happy with the outcome. I have already rebooked my next appointment. The only reason I gave 4 star was i was quoted £35 but charged £45.

Really lovely, enjoy going there for a quick trim and nothing is too much trouble. Always have Adele formally from DJ's and she is good at her job and puts customers at ease and never forgets you, even after 6 months and the pandemic. Really glad she is still based on Old Coulsdon and Torio has stayed strong and true despite everything these past years...so hats off 👏

I have been going to Sophie for the last 9 years and I wouldn't think of using anybody else. I feel safe in her hands and she has a real talent when it comes to doing beauty treatments. I always feel good about myself once I have been to see her. I have even taken my friends to her as birthday treats for them. I highly recommend her!

Sophie has done my nails, lashes, eyebrows and waxing for last 12 months and I would highly recommend Sophie for her attention to detail but most importantly her bubbly warm personality. Her prices are really good value and I always come away happy.

Sophie is fab. I was nervous to have lash extensions for the first time (I thought it might be uncomfortable but it wasnt). She took the time to understand the look I wanted to achieve and I'm thrilled. I'll definitely be booking in again for other treatments.

Monika is professional, polite and knows her industry. I arrive feeling welcome and stressed but then I leave feeling relaxed and reassured. She listens to your concerns; tailors your treatment to your skin type and care needs. Then provides advice on your aftercare, home care routine and diet. I have sensitive skin however none of the products or machines used cause additional eruptions. Her time keeping is impeccable and whilst the salon is lovely - the treatment room is clinical and sanitary. The location is ideal because I drive, so there is always parking outside and the tranpsort links are great. I reccommend a visit.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Monika is a real professional, she knows exactly what she is doing. She gave me so much needed advice on what I should be doing to make my skin happy. I had a full body massage (including face) and an Indian head massage, both with Jess. It was probably the most relaxing 1hr 45 minutes ever and one of the best massages I've ever received. Thank you Jess I will be booking in for the same again soon.
