I’ve been coming to Beaute for nearly 3/4 years now for eyebrow waxes and im never disappointed. The staff are friendly and it is a nice atmosphere. I do go for other treatments such as hair, massage & facials and I always know I’m going to leave the shop feeling great.

I’ve been coming to Beaute for over 5 years now for many beauty treatments including my hair with Mika and eyebrows by both Hannah and Lucia. Always really welcoming, lovely set up salon with great treatments and really good prices - would definitely recommend!

I was highly satisfied and very happy with the hi-lights, colour and cut that Mika did for me. Always attentive and listening to any thoughts or ideas on colours, cut etc. The salon is very welcoming and clean and I am looked after very well, as is my daughter too. Thanks Mika and Beaute salon ❤️

Great hair by Mika, she always does a brilliant job with my hi-lights, with attention to detail and listens to what I would like. Lovely gel nails and heavenly massage by Amelia, she's brilliant at her job and is always helpful and gives great aftercare advice. They are always friendly, welcoming and professional, I look forward to my next appointments soon 🙂 A lovely clean and modern salon, definitely recommend treatments at Beaute!

JK Beauty offers a relaxing escape for a variety of treatments. The team are friendly and professional and very welcoming. The treatment rooms are warm and inviting,with covid secure practices in place. I am a regular visitor now, I can highly recommend Vicki my beauty therapist.

I have been visiting JK Beauty for a course of Caci, having used a few local salons, JK Beauty is by far my favourite. The treatment I have received has been great with noticeable difference, however what makes JK Beauty stand out is the staff - Jo and the team are truly amazing and go the extra mile for their customers.

I can't wait for JK Beauty to reopen after Lockdown!! I love having my nail treatments and facial. The Therapists are so professional and friendly. There is such a lovely atmosphere in the salon.

I had a wonderful experience at Rags Hair Studio today. Leanne was my hairdresser and she was an incredibly warm, personable and professional individual. I am very happy with my haircut and all of the support she provided on my styling choices. I will definitely be back!

I had not had my hair cut in a long time actually since the start of covid. The lady that cut my hair was very lovely, chatty and friendly. She did a fantastic job, constantly checking what I wanted and if I was happy. Great atmosphere very basic but just what is needed. Nice full length great touch. Would highly recommend.

Stylists are friendly and great at their profession. Clean , calm and quiet salon. Limited parking. Prices are low for the area too. Loved my cut and blow dry, would highly recommend.

Ann-Marie is fantastic! She really listens to what I ask for and always delivers incredible results. Very friendly and approachable and I appreciate how much I am listens to with what I would like as I am a little nervous to get my Haircut but Ann-Marie always makes it a lovely experience for me!

I just went in off the cuff early this morning. The ladies were absolutely brilliant and they fitted me in. Very professional and a great laugh too. It really made my day. Would recommend to anyone 😀😀😀

Wonderful shop. I’m growing my hair for the princess trust and have no idea how to look after my hair beyond washing. Can’t remember the ladies name but she was wonderful. Absolutely love this salon! Been here a few times now for dermaplanning and microneedling and I always leave with my skin feeling so clean and glowy! Rosie is so lovely and chatty and just makes you feel at ease, fully trust her with my skin! Salon is also very clean and aesthetically pleasing and customer service is so good here, I’ve been made to feel very welcome! I will definitely continue to come back :)

Love this salon! The girls are super friendly and helpful and I always look forward to my visits there. I get my facials with Rosie and she is amazing, the facials are so luxurious and relaxing and always give amazing results. I also get BIAB nails done regularly with Daisy and she does a fab job, she is super patient and a perfectionist so perfect nails every time! Highly recommend this salon.

I love going to Studio R to have my nails done. Rosie is lovely, friendly and always good to chat to. Nothing is too much trouble. All of the ladies in there are also lovely. They offer a lot more than nails - and I always hear great things. Booking is easy and very flexible with good notice.

I’ve now completed 2 training courses at Studio R with Rosie. I was initially quite nervous but Rosie made me feel at ease instantly. She’s very professional whilst being friendly and attentive at the same time. You learn theory and practical and then into models. Rosie talks you through everything you need to know and makes sure you leave feeling knowledgeable and confident. I would highly recommend Rosie for anyone looking to train in the industry!

Hannah Hannah is fabulous! I have finally found a hair stylist that listens. Nothing is too much. From the colour, full head highlights, to the cut, utmost attention to detail is taken. Hannah truly is a hair stylist who cares. Would 100% recommend this salon.

Sue’s massage is truly amazing. I have had a few massages within the area and this one was by far the best! Sue is kind, warm and attentive. Her attention to detail and technique was great, she really knows her stuff and how to get to all those aches and pains. Highly recommended and I can’t wait for the next one!

I've had my hair cut by Amy on 3 occasions so far and use when visiting my sister who lives locally. Everyone is very friendly. Always very happy with cut and finished result. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Highly recommend.

I was not disappointed, I came away with a beautiful haircut and fabulous highlights/tints...already booked my 2nd appointment. First visit to salon and had a half head highlights and cut and blow dry on special offer with new graduate Katie. She cut my hair really well to my liking. The colour of the highlights was nice too. Friendly and polite stylist.

This salon is a hidden gem at the Sofitel Gatwick, shh, keep it to yourselves!!! Seriously though, Kal provides an excellent service, my luxury pedicure is still perfect almost three weeks after it was done. The foot mask was a complete treat and bearing in mind it was more than a year since my last mani/pedi, Kal took it all in her stride. Both hands and feet were lovely for my winter sun trip. I have been staying at the Sofitel for more than 20 years, now that I have discovered the Beauty Bar, it will be a regular start to my holidays. Thank you Kal!

I had a few hours to kill at the airport and looked up spa on google. I was so excited to find somewhere to get a facial, massage, and manicure that I went right away to the Sofitel. Confused as to where the spa was, I asked the concierge where it was. He said that he hadn't seen the lady today and gave me a number to call. The lady was very kind and tried to accommodate me, but informed me that it was not a spa, but a beauty salon that I had to book in advance. I was disappointed, but left knowing that I would return. I wish this place had better marketing so that it would always be busy and available!

Hidden gem on the first floor of Sofitel. Book an appointment online 10% off for a first time visitor. She provides massages, customized facials, manicures and pedicures. I had a wonderfully relaxing facial that really helped with my jet lag and travel-tired appearance. I would visit Kal again.
