I came into one step ahead for a wash cut and blow dry and I was amazed by the results. I had my hair done by one of the apprentice stylists and she did my hair beautifully. The customer service is lovely everyone in the salon is welcoming and will make you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend one step ahead.

From the 'norm' to the more recent full chop and full colour change, Angela was kind, understanding, listened to what I 'wanted' and guided me with her knowledge and experience on how some things may look and set a real expectation.
