I went to Tielsi hair salon after my husband recommended Jemma as a hairstylist for our wedding. She did my hair, my mom’s, my safta’s, the bride’s, and my sister’s.We all left feeling amazing. She listened to exactly how I wanted the cut which was the best cut I’ve had, and then got my colour spot on (also 6 months away from my wedding! So I’m incredibly grateful). Excellent location with a lovely atmosphere—I adore the vintage angelic decor, and the place is impeccably clean! They do have a dog, so if you're not keen on dogs, it might not be for you. I had my hair done by Theodora, and she’s the kindest hairdresser I’ve ever come across, not to mention very talented! As a student in Hatfield, this will definitely be my go-to place for hair while I’m here.

Before coming here I had dreaded haircuts for years because it always felt like a gamble with whether i was gonna get a good result or not, but Becca is amazing. She knows her stuff, takes her time, pays attention to your hair type, and is happy to adjust things. Plus, she’s super friendly. The salon has a great atmosphere and the staff work well together… the vibe very much feels like they are one big happy family. Oh where do I begin? Wonderful, modern studio, friendly environment! Ian took time to understand what I was expecting from my new haircut and made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. He takes great pride in his work and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They cater for all age groups as well and were very accommodating towards all their customers. Finding a new hairdresser after 20 years of the same person seemed a daunting prospect; but I couldn't have picked a better and more welcoming place than Mosaic. What a gem of a find! You can book online, but all reviews came out well, so I called and spoke to the owner who recommended Sharon. She cut my shoulder-length hair back into a very sleek bob. She was efficient and unfussy and easy to chat to. What a wonderful first impression; I am delighted with the result. It was a lovely relaxed atmosphere and all customers seemed to come out looking stylish. Very highly recommended.

Clearly passionate and skilled Michelle took time to understand exactly the look I was after, talking me through the whole process as she was cutting - to give me exactly the look I was going for. Approaching 60, at last a cut that so many times other salons have just given me an Old Lady styling. Michelle gave me advice on different ways to care for and style my hair. Jayne is an amazing hairdresser who does wonders with every hairstyle I ask for. She always shares her advice on what styles work best for my type of hair and top tips on how to style at home. I haven't let anyone else near my hair since my first cut with Jayne 7 years ago and don't intend to either! Jayne also cuts my teenager's hair, and is always up to date with the latest styles and trends so I come away with a happy daughter every time. I simply can't recommend her enough!

From the moment I walked in I felt in good hands. From the calming environment to the beautiful therapy room, I was totally relaxed. I had the signature tension zone massage with Olivia. Before we started, she asked whether I had any problem areas, what level of pressure I wanted and whether I wanted my scalp massaged. It was all very professional but friendly.
