Theresa takes the time to fully understand the look you want to achieve, and her experience means she nails the colour and style every single time. My first visit to Mosaic. Clearly passionate and skilled Michelle took time to understand exactly the look I was after, talking me through the whole process as she was cutting - to give me exactly the look I was going for. Approaching 60, at last a cut that so many times other salons have just given me an Old Lady styling. Michelle gave me advice on different ways to care for and style my hair. A very warm and relaxing atmosphere, all the staff were attentive and welcoming. Thank you Mosaic.

Have been going here for over 10 years and despite having moved away 5 years ago I will always travel back for this salon! All of the staff are lovely and so knowledgeable on the art of cutting and styling hair. Anna curled my hair yesterday and it's the first time the curls have lasted the whole day and into the next!

Finding a new hairdresser after 20 years of the same person seemed a daunting prospect; but I couldn't have picked a better and more welcoming place than Mosaic. What a gem of a find! You can book online, but all reviews came out well, so I called and spoke to the owner who recommended Sharon. She cut my shoulder-length hair back into a very sleek bob. She was efficient and unfussy and easy to chat to. What a wonderful first impression; I am delighted with the result. It was a lovely relaxed atmosphere and all customers seemed to come out looking stylish. Very highly recommended.

Great salon, been using them for 15 years or more for colouring, cut, styling (and restyling) and finish. For most of that time I have been a client of the lovely Michelle (except for a couple of spells of maternity leave!) and can't fault her attention to detail and her understanding of what I want for my hair. The whole experience at the salon is good - from the staff on the front desk to the 'juniors' - the standards set are high for everyone.
