Jess is amazing! She was so kind to me when taking my piercings out before an MRI. She extended her hours to squeeze me in last minute and was so accommodating. Genuinely so lovely, I would recommend her to anyone!

Jess was so friendly and kind to my 11 year old daughter who was really nervous about having her ears pierced. She explained what she was doing and helped keep my daughter relaxed and at ease. Jess is so professional and would definitely return for any future piercings! Another of my daughters had her ears pierced with Jess last year and they healed without any issue! Great service honestly- Jess makes you feel so welcomed and comfortable. Feels like you’re just hanging with a friend. She’s very careful with the piercing and she listens to what you like and accommodate you. Will be going back there and dragging my sisters this time around!
