Took my daughter for her first cut & blow dry ❤️ fantastic friendly service and a wonderful relaxing atmosphere. Amazing cut and finish thank you. I’ll be joining next time to have my hair done. Highly recommend.

I recently visited the salon and had an unfortunate experience with a trainee who got something stuck in my hair during washing, causing a severe knot. However, the team handled the situation impressively. Ella and Heidi spent an hour and a half meticulously untangling it, demonstrating patience and professionalism throughout. I wasn't charged for the service and was given a complimentary hair treatment. Despite the initial mishap, their excellent service turned a potentially negative experience into a positive one and I was happy with my highlights.

The salon has a lovely welcoming feel. All the hairdressers are lovely, and very talented. I have used Heidi most times, and always get an amazing cut and colour. She gives great suggestions, but also listens completely to what I am asking for. I will not go anywhere else.

First time visiting Hideaway Hair Salon today. I’d heard great things about this place, especially about Anna who has a great reputation. Straight away I was welcomed from the lovely Willow who is the apprentice there who was the lady that was doing my treatment. She washed, blow dried and styled my hair for my evening out tonight and was fantastic, I couldn’t believe she had only been there for a short period. Communication was great and she did exactly what I wanted. The head massage was brilliant! Heidi also came over and introduced herself which was a nice touch. Overall, a fantastic visit making me feel very pampered. The whole experience was super friendly and the girls were all very welcoming, left very happy! I will be back!

This was my first time when I visited NEU salon, the owner is so generous and nice person . In respect of service you can see my hair pic attached. I loved the service and will continue with neu salon in future .
