I was at a loss since my usual barber was not well. Out of desperation I phoned Brown's to see if I could get a haircut promptly. They were most accommodating. It wasn't really the haircutting experience I was used to. But I am very happy with the result. The hairdresser, Molly, was very attentive, going the extra mile to make sure I was 100 percent happy with my haircut. Highly recommend!
I visited the Waltham chase branch this evening. Wow what a beautiful salon. Offered a drink as soon as I arrived there’s plenty to choose from. I was very nervous as have been with my hairdresser for years, but can honestly say what a wonderful job Katie has done with my hair, I am so pleased and would highly recommend her to anyone. Such a lovely girl who is amazing at her job. 10/10 for me and I am very fussy with my hair! Thanks so much
I always feel so welcomed at the Salon, everyone is so accommodating, always offering drinks, snacks and making conversation. I always look forward to getting my hair done. Credit to Elle who always does such a stunning job, she’s so talented and hard working ❤️
