Visited Twist yesterday for the first time. I had a beautiful colour and cut. Brown low-lights and blond high-lights have blended with my greys and natural hair colour brilliantly. My new bob feels lovely and suits my face shape. Lovely atmosphere , I could tell all the staff are happy and proud to work there.

I want to give a huge thank you to Olive and the Twist Hair team. I booked in yesterday to get my hair put up for my work Christmas Party. Everybody was so friendly and helpful it was a joy to spend an hour laughing and chatting with them all. My hair looked amazing and everyone at our work party was wowed so thank you all so so much...

The staff are so polite, friendly and accommodating. Twist is an excellent hairdresser's. I certainly wouldn't go anywhere else. You really do get what you pay for. Top quality treatment at all time's 👌🏼

My first ever spray tan today by the lovely Elle and I am 69, we giggled together while she did it. I was so nervous. Great experience 😊 followed a bit later by wedding nails again by Elle.What a lovely confident young women she is, so a big thank you

Oh my gosh I had the most relaxing time today. I had the mother to be massage with Jill and it was amazing… I didn’t want it to end. The staff there were all so lovely and welcoming too. I will definitely be going back and would highly recommend.

I was recommended Lauren and oli from a good client of mine. I had a cut and blow dry with oli on my first appointment. He was excellent and friendly and I left very pleased. A few weeks later I had a full head of highlights with Lauren. She discussed with me what I wanted to achieve. Was very knowledgeable and the result was the best colour I have ever had. My hair was beautifully and carefully dried by their assistant who was also excellent. You are made to feel very welcome and comfortable and I'm so grateful to have found a real gem in Newbury.

Fabulous experience at the courtyard salon, Elcot Park. Andrew was amazing. I've had social anxiety for many years, I had been doing DIY hair cuts for 8 years, Andrew made me feel relaxed, comfortable during my appointment, fantastic chatter and most importantly felt amazing with my hair-do when I left.

Definitely a first class salon. All team is super friendly. And Andrew did an amazing haircut! I was using long hair for a long time and feeling really happy with my new hair, already booked another appointment:)
