First time at Pimms! Millie and all the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Hadn't had my hair coloured in over a year and it definitely needed it! I was regularly asked if I was comfortable, wanted a drink etc. Really really happy with my hair and will definitely be coming back! X

Such a lovely welcoming experience visiting this salon. From the services provided by Liz, Millie and Suzanne it always feels like a retreat service being provided. Paige is such a lovely young apprentice (as are they all) but she is really focused and committed to her duties and her head massage is a real treat after a long week of life! Love visiting these ladies who make you feel like part of their family and allow you to step away from a hectic schedule to be pampered and listened to like when old friends reunite. The team at Pimms are amazing from Anna’s welcome, to the last goodnight, they’re simply amazing. And they make you look and feel like a million dollars when you leave. Hairdressing at its best 💗

I recently visited Pimms for a haircut and colour, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Olga did an incredible job—she is truly a professional at her craft. The haircut and color turned out fabulous, exceeding my expectations. I also want to thank the entire team for being so welcoming and friendly. From start to finish, it was a wonderful experience. First time coming to Pimms. My appointment was booked for after lunch on a Saturday but I called last minute on Saturday morning to see if my hair can be done in the morning instead. I was so happy that they managed to fit me in that same morning even though they might have been busy. My hair was done by lovely Grace. She was so lovely & even advised me on what oil to use/buy for my hair. I have been using it & can really tell the difference. You make me feel confident with my hair again. Thank you so much Grace & I will definitely be back there when I am around Aldershot again sometime. Thank you.
