I visited Norma Jeans for the first time yesterday, and was fortunate enough to have my hair done by Sean. I was a little apprehensive, as Ive not always had the best experience when going to the hairdresser's! I was pleasantly surprised to have Sean do my hair, and am so glad I did! This guy has an wealth of knowledge and actually tock so much time with me, making me feel very special! He discussed every aspect of my hair with me' and literally left no stones unturned. Sean genuinely seemed keen to please,and wanted to ensure that I left the salon happy. He discussed in great detail what I wanted from my hair' and even when was the last time I was happiest with it. He also made confident suggestions on what he felt would work well for me. His wealth of experience really shone through, and as time went on, I honestly felt very safe in Sean's capable hands. I can honestly say' I walked out of this salon feeling fantastic! Thank you so much Sean, I will be back to have my colour, I just need to think about when best suits me. PS, thanks for making me smile) 🙂

Bright, welcoming salon. I chose Norma Jean's after reading the positive reviews. Sean gave me the requested quick trim - accompanied by oodles of advice and tips. His knowledge and professionalism inspired confidence and I shall return for a restyle in the New Year. Sean told me I looked younger than my years, although I was wearing a face mask! I'm sure it's a stock compliment but still nice to hear! Very friendly, would recommend.

I just had a great haircut with Sean. Very professional, knows his stuff! Instantly I felt relaxed, really friendly, hospitable staff welcome you. Sean gave me lots of tips and advice to maintain hair and gave me a fantastic cut and belly laughs, very funny! I arrived a new Groupon customer and left a returning customer, definitely.

Had a wonderful experience at the salon on Saturday. Sean was really helpful and gave me some excellent advice on how to treat my hair - I didn't realise I had been doing it wrong for so long! All the staff were really welcoming and friendly, I was immediately invited in and felt involved in the conversation. I will definitely be back!

This is was my first visit after going to the same salon for 25 years or more. Cara restyled & coloured my hair and did an amazing job, I am so pleased with the colour & the cut is amazing. Cara put me at ease & showed me each stage of the cut & asked if I wanted more off etc, nothing was too much trouble for her. One extremely satisfied client, I can't praise her enough.
