I have been coming to the salon for the past 3 years as it is very near to me and I needed a hairdresser for my elderly mother who suffers from dementia. From the outset, Natasha was so kind and understanding with my mum who asks the same questions over and over again! Natasha always makes my mum feel and look a million dollars and the atmosphere in the salon is friendly and welcoming. In fact I was so impressed that I now am also a customer! Natasha always takes the time to sit and discuss options for my toner and I am thrilled with the results ! No more brassy hair, just a cool, sleek colour. I would highly recommend Natasha without hesitation.

One very happy customer! I am over the moon with my new hairstyle. Mary is without doubt the only hairdresser that can cut my hair to perfection. She has done an amazing job of styling and lightening my hair. As someone who has had the same hairstyle for years ! I am so excited that I took Mary’s advice (which I asked for ) for me to go lighter but not too drastic. It’s fabulous. I have had so many compliments and I can blow dry it myself now because it is cut and shaped so well. The salon is very welcoming and I had a truly relaxing time. I really appreciate the efforts that have been taken to comply with Covid 19 safety & regulations. It is clear to see that the Clients needs & safety have come first. In these difficult times it is refreshing to be able to relax in a safe, friendly environment. A wonderful experience, lovely staff and overall excellent service all round. A lovely selection of products availability to buy too for yourself or a friend. I look forward to returning again soon .

I have been visiting William and Mary’s for some time now- I usually have a whole head of highlights done by Mary and I have to say nobody has ever done such an amazing job as her ❤️ Having tried several places in the past I now wouldn’t go anywhere else! The whole salon feel is fantastic, all members of the team are attentive and extremely professional, you feel as tho you are a part of one big family and nothing is too much trouble. Dealing with the Covid restrictions for any business at this time is challenging but Mary and her team have it sorted with all precautions in place I felt safe and comfortable. If you want amazing service-amazing hair and to spend a couple of hours relaxing in a lovely environment William and Mary’s is the place to go!

Today was my first visit to William and Mary hair and it won’t be my last. Callum did a fantastic job on my hair, I love it. From my first consultation to leaving today Callum made sure I was completely happy, he is so friendly and is an excellent stylist. I’ve already booked my next appointment as well as a different appointment for my daughter.

Fantastic beauty salon in the heart of Ringwood high street. All of the staff were wonderfully welcoming as soon as I arrived. I was taken to a treatment room by Casey for a fantastic back, neck and shoulder massage. Looking forward to my next treatment at Simply Beauty.

After cancelling an appointment at short notice last year, Emily let me know that I would have to pay in full when booking next time. I did this and my appointment was booked without issue. Turned up at the agreed time and Emily was polite and welcoming and we got to business! Stunning attention to detail and explained the use of her e-file and other items that were new to me! She followed my vision and helped me pick colours, styles and lengths that were suitable for me and I'm so happy with the results! I've had so many compliments and have recommended her to everyone! So excited for my next appointment!

Emily is brilliant - very chatty and friendly. She is very calm and kind with her waxing. Patient and goes at your own pace with the waxing. The sun-bed machines are brilliantly super well priced and have great sachets of tan and bottles if you prefer.

I visited for the first time after months of needing a cut. The staff were warm and welcoming , which was a fabulous first impression. My assigned styling was very honest, letting me know that she would prefer to pass me to a more senior stylist, due to my hairstyle. I appreciated this honesty. My cut wasn't cheap but it was really well done and I like the finished style. The head massage was wonderful and so relaxing ! I think I probably overshared my life (! Lol)but my stylist, who I believe is the proprietor, was very lovely and didn't once show any kind of impatience with me..she was great!

It was my second appointment with Nadine today and my hair is just perfect - great colour and cut, exactly what I wanted. Nadine is very attentive and always listens to the customer's needs. And such a talented hairdresser, thank you! :)

Had a lovely hair cut today with Nadine. I didn't know what to do with my hair, but thanks to Nadine's knowledge I walked out with my hair looking much more healthy and with more volume! I also had a lovely head, neck and shoulder massage which was a really nice touch. Already booked back in for January! Thanks Nadine & the rest of the Beautifully Gorgeous team for being so warm and welcoming!

Gorgeous interior with a very calming and warm atmosphere there is a very distinct aesthetic. Lovely and professional beauticians with excellent customer service. Very good experience here but just a few small things to note. the prices are slightly higher than the average for salons in the area and they did not have as many gel colours as I am used to. ( but I think I’m just spoilt )

The salon is very rustic and comfortable a much better experience than being in a busy, hot and smelly salon where you feel you are just a number. I recommend Hair in the Forest very highly indeed. Olivier is wonderful, love the haircut and his approach to colouring too. Beautiful. Loved everything about this salon. UNTIL 10 minutes ago when I decided to make another appointment, and found out his prices have SKYROCKETED! :( :( and almost DOUBLED! I am so sad, absolutely heartbroken, as I really liked the stylist and his work. But sadly, I simply can no longer afford to come to his salon, so have to look somewhere else. :(( Oh what an absolute shame though. Best of luck Olivier! Hope you will consider lowering your prices though!

Wendy is absolutely amazing! I’ve been going to her for years now and she always does an incredible job with my nails, they come out perfectly every time and she really pays attention to the details to make sure Im happy throughout. Highly recommend her to everyone!

Wendy is great! I’ve had nails done with her 3 times now, & each time they’ve looked great & lasted really well. Wendy takes loads of care & has real attention to detail. For special occasion nails, Wendy did a lot of research, did some practice versions & created something really special for me, which I was delighted with! I’ve also had sugaring & eyelash tinting done with Wendy, all of which was gentle & easy on my sensitive skin. I’d definitely recommend Wendy 🌟💅🏻

I love having my nails done by Wendy. There is always a relaxed atmosphere and it is my monthly treat. Wendy has always managed to fit me in with an appointment, sometimes at the last minute and has never canceled on me, as others often do. Wendy is always thorough, professional and cheerful, and we have a lovely chat whilst she works but she is never intrusive with conversation. I always come away from my appointments very happy with how my nails look. I would definitely highly recommend Wendy 💜

Really good massage. Only things I could suggest that would be better would have been being asked if the pressure was ok, because I felt a bit awkward to ask for more firm. And maybe some BG relaxing massage. But the oil smelled amazing, and the stones were nice and hot.
