I recently booked in with Courtney for a colour and despite being initially a little nervous I immediately felt so comfortable. She listened to exactly what I was after and did an amazing job! Great attention to detail, perfect results and a lovely chat. I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The salon as a whole has a great friendly vibe - can’t see myself going anywhere else !!

This was my first visit to LOX and I'm so happy with my restyle by Fran. My hair desperately needed some layers and shape, she listened to what I wanted and talked me through how she would cut my hair to achieve it. She did a really brilliant job. I'll definitely be a repeat customer now. ☺

Had mine and my daughter hair cut today and couldn’t recommend it more absolutely fantastic! Staff are so lovely and welcoming, brilliant with my autistic daughter and can’t wait to go back. Charlie did a great job with our hairs too thank you.

Would never let anyone else do our hair. Beautiful salon with very friendly staff especially Lizzie and Ellie. Abbie washed my hair on her first day today and did a brilliant job, I'm sure she will settle in perfectly. Lisa also brilliant for beauty. Highly recommend 👌 See you next time!

10/10 recommend such a lovely and clean salon. All the ladies in there are very welcoming. I had a trim done by Lizzie and it was exactly what I wanted at a good price! Recommend to everyone!
