Had my hair cut by Nicole today (it hadn't been cut for a very long time) and I am very pleased with the results! Nicole gave me tips for my hair type and helped me with face framing to suit my face shape.

Always, always a fab experience at Elite! All the hairdressers are very experienced and creative, put you at ease and really listen to what you would like and are on hand with suggestions if you wish. You'll also have a lovely time whilst you're there. You can keep to the same or tweak/change every time you go and they're on board with expert advice and ideas. I rarely leave reviews but this salon is one of the easiest recommendations to make. The lovely Natalie is who I see...and she's brilliant, but I would in all honesty, happily see any of the other hairdressers if Nat was unavailable. They are ahead with creative techniques, tips, styles and predicted trends...and they've always been spot on. Thanks to all the team and especially Nat. If you're looking for a change give Elite a try...you'll be very pleased with your decision.

I love coming here. The environment is always really welcoming and it's clear that all the stylists know their stuff. It's lovely to see that lots do their training there. I have Nicole and she always sits me down before we start to go through her ideas. I know nothing about hair so she explains the best she can so I understand. She makes professional suggestions. She makes me feel really relaxed and allows me to chill! The rest of the team are always on hand for support. Recently, Nicole and Anna did a fantastic job of washing, blow-drying and curling 6 bridesmaids and myself as the bride the morning of my wedding. Fitted us in and made us all look and feel wonderful.

I was recommended Jemma’s salon through social media after a few days of searching a few months ago. Booking my first appointment alone was quick and easy and I am always booked in for the new appointment when at the Salon making the process for me a lot smoother. As someone who is nervous socially entering new places I am always warmly welcomed. I have been to the salon on numerous occasions now and always felt so comfortable. The salon has such a warm atmosphere and the team are incredible. Highly recommend and looking forward to my next visit x

Ren is my go-to stylist, and she always delivers incredible results—she listens carefully to what I want and offers expert advice to ensure my hair looks amazing every time. I’ve also had the pleasure of seeing Izzy and Erin, who are both equally talented. All the staff are so lovely and create such a welcoming atmosphere. The salon itself is a beautiful space— always impeccably clean. I always leave feeling refreshed, and in love with my hair. I can’t recommend this place enough!

She does a great job, focused, caring, totally qualified and we always feel relaxed and in safe hands. Loved every minute of my haircut this evening! Laura was so friendly and chatty and the salon was so cosy and clean and all setup for Christmas including music which was such a lovely touch. Laura came to my house today and I got to experience the Tiny Salon! What a treat, I loved it! With Laura you will get a great consultation and quality hair cut. On top of this a relaxing head massage when getting your hair washed and a bunch of therapy cuddles from her Fab dog Bailey! The convenience of walking out of my house when WFH and only needing to take 2 hrs off to get my hair done was great. I definitely plan to use the Tiny Salon again!

I have been going to Bridge Beauty for almost a year now after we moved to Chandler's Ford. The girls have always been lovely, the treatments are wonderful and the results are lasting. Everyone is really trained & knowledgeable, and cares about the kind of products they use on the skin or nails, which is also very important to me. As a fellow business-owner, I do love the fact that this is a business Hannah built from the ground up, her team has been with her for years and now turned into a family business too. I haven't had facials or massages yet but seeing how each person comes out of them like they are on a cloud, it is definitely next on my list! Thanks for making my bi-monthly visits a joy. Also big plus: nearby free parking!

I first visited bridge beauty a couple of years ago. I’ve had lash and brow treatments, acrylics, facials and massages and have always had an amazing experience. Everyone is so lovely and truly care about giving you a relaxing experience and it shows. My mum also comes here and loves it too. No matter who you’re with you’re in safe hands. I have regularly been visiting Abi since she set up her business. She is friendly and professional and her treatment room is lovely. Especially appreciate her warm massage table in the cold months! The treatments are excellent, from eyebrow waxing and massages to manicures and pedicures, Abi always does an excellent job and checks that you are happy with the outcome. I have recently tried the eyelash tint and lift which is excellent. I would highly recommend Abi for all of your treatment and beauty needs!

Amazing colour done by Lottie. I wanted a bit of a change so she suggested going for a different colour underneath instead of a full head of colour. As she is a trainee she consulted with one of the senior stylists to confirm the colours were OK. Lottie was easy to talk too whilst she was applying my colour and I was offered a cup of tea. She cut and styled my hair as requested checking throughout what I wanted. Senior stylist checked cut at the end. Salon was clean and tidy and stylists were constantly sweeping and cleaning away in-between clients, a lovely, friendly environment. I am so pleased with the result, thank you Lottie.
