It was my third visit to Richmond house. I had Poppy for the second time. She did all my nails for my holiday beautifully. Green for paddys day in Spain. Massage with Sarah was so relaxing. I love this store, as usual the staff were welcoming. Nothing is too much for them. They even managed to squeeze me in for an extra treatment without any notice.

My therapist Sarah was lovely and so knowledgeable. Sarah talked me through the facial treatment step by step with time for any question's I had. The room was warm and Sarah made sure I was comfortable before starting the treatment. I really felt Sarah’s passion and love for her work which was contagious. Some good aftercare information too. Front of house, Claire made booking my treatment to leaving, a seamless and warm experience. I would highly recommend a visit to Richmond House in Stockbridge.

Everything about my experience today was perfect. The welcome at Reception was warm and kind. The setting of the room, temperature and comfort of the bed was perfect. The delivery of the facial itself was absolutely exceptional and a huge thank you to Monika. The level of facial massage in this treatment was fantastic and I felt extremely well looked after. I so loved my first appointment with Richmond and Sarah. It was so relaxing and so informative. And the impact on my skin just from this consultation visit amazed me.
