Was looking for a new salon after moving, happened to visit and was booked in with Charlene who I have since gone back and rebooked. At my last appt I went from being dark to light. Firstly, Charlene was incredibly accommodating after a booking error and went out of her way to fit me in around childcare. Secondly, she was so professional and followed my brief to a T. She gave me advice where necessary with the colour I opted for and didn’t over promise. The outcome was better than I could have imagined. My hair looks and feels beautiful. So so so happy with the service and recommend Charlene to anyone who might be hesitant to try a new hairdresser. Not only is she amazing with getting her colours spot on but she is so down to earth and friendly which makes salon chat so much easier! I was looking for a new hairdressers and booked to go to Biyoni Hair because the Google reviews were so good. I am now very happy to add another glowing review! The staff were super friendly, professional and I felt really listened to. I was quite anxious to get my hair cut as previous places had got a bit scissor happy when all I wanted was a trim to keep my hair healthy and growing. Beth was amazing, made me feel really comfortable and listened to and did exactly what I asked for. I'm really pleased with the cut and finish and it was done in under an hour too! Will definitely go back
