Fantastic salon & very well presented with her own range of hair products. You can only attend by appointment only as she is an award winning hairdresser and stylist, Stephanie Pollard didn't cut my hair but David her assistant hairdresser did. He first wash it with their own organic shampoo and conditioner while I was being massaged by the chair. I was then offered a hot drink with some biscuits. I felt very relaxed and revigerated, very professionally service. Would highly recommend. 🌟

The best hair salon in London. Steph does, bar none, the best extensions and hair cut in London, and her team is equally as talented. Gorgeous space, best service. Been going for years and will travel specifically to London when I need my hair done because no one is as good as they are. Could not recommend more!!

Stephanie is a super talented extension and hair artist - I'd never go anywhere else for extensions since I found her. She uses the best virgin Russian hair and blends it so expertly no-one realises its not my natural hair! Stephanie is also a lovely warm person - full of good chat and advice - I always look foward to my visits. I also bring my daughters here to get their hair cut and Victoria always does a fabulous job on their hair. The whole team make you feel super looked after and indulged - a real treat to be in such expert hands.

I have been coming to the Stephanie Pollard Salon for 18 months now and frankly, it has been a revelation. From the moment my stylist emailed me in advance of our appointment to discuss what I wanted, then sent me a bunch of images based on what we’d discussed, I sensed I was in for a completely different hairstyling experience… and I was not wrong. Sarah Jane is an extraordinary hairstylist; her cutting and her knowledge and use of colour are simply magical. Yes, it’s expensive but you’re paying for a rare level of expertise. I sit and enjoy the experience, the conversation, the massage chair and nonstop cups of luxury herbal teas, safe in the knowledge that my hair will look FABULOUS at the end.

The entire team here are truly amazing ! Stephanie is the best hairstylist bar none and a huge shout out to Jayme, Sarah-Jane (for colour), Victoria and Raya. Never forget the awesome Billie who literally runs the salon with the precision of 10 Downing Street ! Everyone is so lovely and friendly and you will come out of the salon floating on Cloud 9 every time !
