Would highly recommend Matisse, the hairdressers are very friendly and welcoming. Been coming for a year or two now and wouldn't go elsewhere. The online booking system is a real time saver, and a great perk to the salon!

First time getting a perm. The lady doing mine was very nice and gave me some suggestions on what type of perm to get. Their knowledge about hair is very good, suggesting to me what products to use and how to maintain my perm. They were very gentle with the trim, after the perm, and finished it perfectly. Their washes in between the perming were very relaxing and the trim came out superb. Overall, I found the experience here excellent. Highly recommend.

Definitely worth going here, been going here for a while and they are the loveliest group. All of the ladies (especially gemma) take the time to listen to what you want even if you’re not sure and understand. Have always felt my hairs health was a priority and always guided me with what would work best for it. Always a joy coming here :)

What can I say about Charn, her team and her work...just perfection! This is my third time visiting the salon for microneedling and the HA booster. The treatment is delivered with precision and the utmost care. Chatn is fully aware of my medical history too and reassures me everytime. Results of the treatment are phenomenal, hence coming back. My skin has never looked so good and I've had compliments a plenty!

I had a million dollar facial with Molly today, it was out of this world! Molly was friendly and made me feel totally relaxed, she asked what I wanted to achieve and if I had any skin concerns and focused on my 'problem' areas. I highly recommend Molly and Sophies Beauty Lounge, they are a beautiful salon in Bexleyheath and it's a real gem of a place, I will be booking again very soon!

The staff are amazing and they are all trained well with plenty of knowledge about products and care. I had hot stones massage and never had this type of massage before so during my massage the young lady asked me if I was stressed as the stones were drying which means my body was stressed. I was amazed with what she told me,it's great what they can tell you about your body through massage. I truly love it at Sophie's its good company and good customer care with such kindness and courtesy . I will keep using Sophie's for all my beauty treatments. Well done to the new owner you have great staff and customer care. And they make a great cuppa while you wait .

I have been a customer of Blades for many years. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, and I am always very happy with the cut and colour (shout out to Zoe). Prices are reasonable, with a cuppa on offer, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you give them a try.

Have been coming to the salon for over 10 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and the service is impeccable. No matter how rubbish I have been in describing the cut or colour I have decided to have that month the girls have all come together to make sure I get exactly what I have envisioned. Got my first haircut in years in December and the atmosphere was welcoming, the barber got my hair in the exact style I wanted. Also made my little girl's hair there and she's been getting amazing comments on her braids. I gladly recommend this to anyone needing a haircut or any of the feminine cuts, weaves, braids etc

Best nail salon ever. Love coming here once a month for a cup of tea and break from work. Sarah always goes above and beyond to accommodate and look after me. Amy, Ellie and Kelly are always so bright and bubbly. Always brightens up my day. Fabulous nails with awesome range of colours. Any treatment you can think of I am sure they cover. I had my eyebrows tatooed on Friday 22/6/18. Barbara was fabulous in making my experience relaxing. She is a perfectionist when choosing the correct colour and shape and when checking measurements are accurate. After 43 years of having to draw in my eyebrows with a pencil, I finally have more natural looking eyebrows without the worry of them rubbing off. This alone makes it well worth the money spent!

Barbara is wonderful. From my very first appointment she has made me feel relaxed looked after and I knew I was in good hands. No more plucking and tweezing for me. I have learnt an incredible amount regarding my hair growth, my skin and my only regret is that I didn't start seeing her years ago. When my course is complete I'll have to find something else for her to do to me as I'll miss her too much !

The best electrologist I’ve had the pleasure of going to. I’ve been going to Barbara for over 3 months now and the results have been amazing, no hyperpigmentation or scarring anywhere. Her salon is very clean and she handles her clients with a lot of care and dedication. Very knowledgable in what she does and answers all my questions and worries straight away! - can’t wait to see the results going forward!

Went here to get acrylic nails removed, as they were causing me pain. The staff lady took great care to get my nails were done so well, and I was greatly relieved. Talk about professionalism, care, patience, courtesy and camaraderie, she's got it all! And it's also reasonably priced! I would gladly recommend her, and rate her 10/10

Michelle my lady who cut my hair and curled amazing 😍 was so impressed with her I thought she was the boss I would recommend biscuits and tea or drink for all clients also I feel my picture was not the reality of what I asked for in sense the second stylist totally gave me a different style all together also notice the sinks for hair was a bit in clean maybe needs an update in store but the staff seem quite nice Michelle lovely
