I am a regular customer at this place .The salon is nice and very clean.Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. I usually have done eyelash lift and tint with Karina who is highly skilled and each time I get an amazing results Karina is very pleasant and warm person.She always explains the process from start to end. Ive been coming to this salon for several years now and I cannot recommend it enough! They are all so friendly and caring! Shadi does my hair usually and he is the absolute best, true legend! He does what is best for your hair in an excellent way ensuring your hair is healthy and also the results are what you want! All other staff Andrea and Jen are all lovely, friendly and so professional! Karina is also very good and professional if you are looking for someone to do your brows and eyelashes she is the one to trust and go to! This is number one salon for all your needs! I came to see Jen to change my very damaged and completely bleached hair. She was absolutely amazing at listening to all concerns I had and got my hair looking exactly how I wanted it, even better!! I cannot recommend her any more, she was so kind and was great at understanding and perfectly executing what I wanted, my hair is in such good condition now!!

This is the best salon I tried in London. I come here to do my hair and I have to say Jen is the best. Very professional and friendly and she always does a fabulous job with the ballayage and goes the extra mile for me. The owners of the place are friendly as well and the service overall is impecable. And it is even better that is conveniently located for me, in the heart of Chelsea! Totally recommend!!!
