Recently moved to Leeds so choice of dentist was random but I couldn’t be more delighted with my choice. The staff are very friendly, efficient, professional and welcoming.I recently required emergency treatment and the staff could not have been more accommodating; even to the extent of giving me two appointments on the same day to fix the problem. I will always be grateful to them.

Well I was quite phobic about going to the dentist and had let my teeth get into a bit of a state. But Dr Gill at Smiles in Chapel Allerton has made it an (almost!) pleasant experience! I have had a few composites to cover sensitive areas of my teeth where gums have receded a bit and a large gap in my front teeth closed which looks and feels so much better! Dr Gill always discusses treatments carefully with me before hand so that I fully know what to expect during the procedure. I never feel pushed into unnecessary treatments. Reception staff are friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend Smiles.

This is the best dentist I have been to. Always on time, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I genuinely feel that Dr Fiona and the team care about how both me and my teeth are doing and I never have to recap history. Would highly recommend.

Dr Gill has given me three fillings. I was really nervous about them but she was very reassuring and the process was smooth and stress free. By the time I had my last two it was almost a relaxing experience, pain free and easy. If you have a dental phobia, or just want a friendly and reassuring dentist, go to Smiles.

A genuinely lovely bunch of gals, from the dentist and assistants to the receptionist. Prices are quite reasonable and options are explained clearly. Being able to see a 3D scan of your teeth is really cool too which you get with your checkup. I'm very happy I chose Smiles.

I contacted S Fearn Plumbing after discovering a leak in my house. One of their team were with me within 24 hours and had diagnosed the issue. They temporarily fixed it until they could source the part and even came ahead of the planned appointment to install the new part. I'll definitely be using them again!

My crown fell out on Christmas Eve. The worst time it could fall out when everywhere is closing for Christmas. I contacted enhance dental in Garforth, I was surprised they was open. The lady on the desk was extremely helpful and supportive with what had happened and made me feel comfortable with what i needed to do in terms of a temporary fix. She told me that the day after Boxing Day The dentist would be in for any emergency appointment needed and would see me at 11:30am. I was extremely grateful. I arrived at my appointment and was greeted by another friendly polite member of staff. Inside the practice, is very clean, looks very professional and is much larger than I thought. My appointment was great, the dentist was friendly and professional and he ran me through what was going to happen, and also talked me through as it was happening. The procedure was pain free and smooth, I walked out of there with my smile back in tact which felt amazing!! The great value price was an added bonus! I honestly would extremely recommend this practice to others, I’m not really one for writing reviews off my own back but I really believe they deserve this so much with how I was treated and the end product . 6 STARS.

I highly recommend Dr Patel and the team at infinity dental clinic. From day one of the initial assessment to completion of dental implant, the journey over the course of one year, they were amazing, professional and went above and beyond. After the initial consultation, Dr Patel came up with a thorough report of the bespoke treatment plan, cost, expected time frame and alternative options. When it comes to scheduling appointments, team tried their best to be flexible and accommodate my tight schedule. The entire procedure was uneventful under expert hand. Now, my teeth really feel and look natural. I have never been happier. I only wish I had done it sooner.

Cannot recommend Andy & team enough, my boiler had broken down in my salon & I was absolutely desperate to get it fixed. I contacted Andy upon recommendation and he fitted me a brand new boiler the next day. Andy kept me updated throughout the whole process, cleaned up & took my old boiler away. I honestly can’t recommend them enough! Thanks so much for a stress free experience! I will see you next year for a boiler service.

Really “Fab” (sorry couldn’t resist) service. From the point of contact to finishing the job the support, guidance and work have been excellent. Andy was recommended to us by a friend and we’ll do exactly that moving forward. We had a bit of a dilemma and it was sortes immediately. The lovely thing was the contact between us was spot on and honest. He turned up on time, did what he said he’d do and charged us really reasonably. Can’t thank you enough!

I have had several really positive dealings with Andy in the last year. He has fitted radiators at my daughters house, and remedied various pipework and boiler issues, not to mention a leaky radiator yesterday too in our home...! He is always friendly and professional. He leaves everything tidy at the end of a job too. I would have no problem in recommending him. Superb service.

I visited the Leeds branch today and I must say it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. I was treated by Dr. Dharmesh who was extremely patient, professional and informative. Felt that I was in good hands. A gentleman called Liam attended to me to help with sorting out the payment for my treatment. He made me a coffee and was extremely professional respectful and guided me through the process. I know these gentlemen were just doing their jobs however in today’s day a real pleasant customer experience seems to be lacking and I felt that they set a very good example of how things should done. 👏🏾

But I felt very secure and confident now because of Headrow Dental. I went here for a consultation with dental xray and polishing. Dr. Saqib Hafiz, a brilliant doctor, explained everything about the treatment that I need. I tried 3 private dental clinic here in UK, but It is the first time that i did not feel that it’s all about “money” and “business”. His approach is mainly depending on what I need. Excellent service, care, and expertise from every one of the team which helped me feel completely at ease before, during and after my treatments (filling, extraction, sedation & hygienist). I've been coming to the headrow dental practice for a really long time, despite the fact that I no longer live in Leeds. I'm quite prepared to travel the distance to receive the amazing care that they provide. All of the team are brilliant at what they do. A trip to the dentist can usually be a scary experience but not here. They explain everything as they do it. Reassuring you along the way if you need it. Top professional and courteous practice. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I would not hesitate to recommend Ben for plumbing or heating services. After searching the market to find a Gas registered engineer who would install a gas fire, we came across Ben, who, from the outset, was like a breath of fresh air. This was our first time using a plumber after moving into our house 2.5 years ago. What can I say - it was so easy to organise everything with Jodie and she got back to our enquiry super quickly so we could get our bathroom sink and taps sorted. I am so impressed with Ben and BRP plumbing. Ben has serviced my central heating boiler for a few years now and done a few plumbing jobs. He is always very thorough. Yesterday my toilet cistern kept running and I had to turn my water off. Ben answered the phone promptly. I sent some photos over after work and Ben rang me back very quickly and talked me through the re-attachment of the arm on my float. This solved the problem. Thank you so much Ben. Thank you also to Jodie who always responds promptly.

Recently bought my first house, and couldn't get the boiler to work. Rang Ben up who was very friendly and initially offered some steps on how to reset it. It ended up needing a hands on fix though, so Ben came around within the hour and got it sorted! Extremely knowledgeable and professional, will definitely use again. Now have a nice and toasty house along with hot water. Thank you very much.

I would highly recommend Paul and his Team. Great set of professional lads. I called Paul for a quote for swapping an old gas  water heater and replacing the boiler in the utility room for a combi. Paul answered straight away and was friendly and agreed to come look at the job the same day. Paul provided a competitive quote and gave this to me straight away after he had looked at the job. Paul gave me two fitting dates for the following week, one of which was his birthday.  Paul arrived on time with his team and got straight to work. There were a few hick ups due to the house being older, but Paul and the team worked through these without any complaints and completed the job as agreed. There was an issue with the hot water,  Paul agreed to come back out Christmas Eve after he had completed a planned job, which he was true to his word. Paul recommended I call Ideal due to a fault with the boiler, believing it was the water sensor. Ideal arranged to visit boxing day , diagnosed the problem. I called Paul and explained what the engineer had said , Paul told me he would speak with his team. Paul came out boxing day, rectified the problem, and was very polite and professional throughout.

Paul is a true gent no matter how small your job he'll always turn up and will always give you impartial advice on anything you not sure off. I removed a radiator myself and all l needed was for him to come round and give the system a good check gas & pressure job done in 15mins

Polite, professional knowledgeable and trustworthy. I needed a gas fire disconnecting/capping and removing asap. Paul made himself available and was at the house within the hour, he got straight to the task and worked tidily and carefully. Priced competitively -job done. I’m really wary of tradespeople after bad experiences in the past but I had no complaints at all. Would definitely recommend Paul and we will be sure to use his services again . 🙌🏼

So lucky to have a dentist as good as this that have given me the chance to as an NHS patient, not that you are treated any differently. To start with, the reception staff are great, really friendly and make you feel relaxed, the dentist and assistant on the day of my treatment, were brilliant, explaining everything, step by step. Please don't be fooled by the exterior of the building, the place is extremely clean and very well equipped. All in all, great staff, would 100% recommend this practice. Thank you 👍

The staff are very welcoming. Like the fact they send you a reminder text a couple of days before your appointment. I have been having trouble with my gums bleeding but with the advice from the dentist, this has nearly gone Completely.
