Have taken a couple of kittens here to be neutered and unfortunately our eldest cat go to sleep. The receptionists and vets are absolutely fantastic. They make sure your checked in and seated in the right area and the vets are told your there. The waiting are is always spotlessly clean and if any pets have an accident it's instantly cleaned up and disinfected. The vets are caring and not just there to make money like I have experienced at other vets where they want you to throw money at them to keep a animal going. When our elderly cat had had a diagnosis they were honest and up front and explained everything perfectly which was great for my elderly mother (no wasn't getting her euthanized yet) so I didn't have to explain it to her. The receptionist made sure we were looked after and we were shown to a low lit room with a nice fluffy blanket for our cat. After it was complete we were given a card with a collection of paw prints. This made a sad time easier. Other vets can charge £15 and over for print. If you want a place to take your loved fur / non fur babies to be cured , fixed etc then go here as the service is second to none.

I’ve had a great experience today for my first visit to Vets4Pets. I phoned up prior to discuss costs and the monthly plan, and Emily was so helpful. She was very informative and was very patient with all of my questions and queries. Upon my visit I saw Emily and again she was extremely informative and very nice to talk to. The Vet I saw (I’m not sure what his name is but he was young) was very nice, polite, gentle with my kitten and really informative again. A brilliant experience for me and my kitten, both as newbies to Vets!

Wow! Thank you for saving us! The pipe connected to the expansion tank corroded badly and leaked flooding my bathroom on the floor below the water tank. John was the first plumber that answered my husband's calls out of 4 who claimed to be 24/7 and never got back to us. This was on Sunday evening. Not only that, I tried John on separate line not knowing hubby was already calling him and he called me back straight away. The next day John arrived promptly after mid-day and installed a brand new pipe. All good and in great shape! The price was very reasonable. John - do you have a twin brother who is a bathroom fitter? Don't even hesitate, you better call John 😁 Thank you, Monika.

This dental practice is so good. All the staff are lovely. My appointment today was with a dentist that had just started at the practice today. He was one of the nicest people I have met. He explained everything to me in terms I understood. Just hope he stays.

I have been having trouble with my gums bleeding but with the advice from the dentist, this has nearly gone Completely. So lucky to have a dentist as good as this that have given me the chance to as an NHS patient, not that you are treated any differently. To start with, the reception staff are great, really friendly and make you feel relaxed, the dentist and assistant on the day of my treatment, were brilliant, explaining everything, step by step. Please don't be fooled by the exterior of the building, the place is extremely clean and very well equipped. All in all, great staff, would 100% recommend this practice. Thank you 👍

I have recently had 2 different implant procedures by Dr Ferakh. For someone that has dental anxiety, I couldn’t be happier with the step by step information I was given on each visit. Each procedure was discussed in detail together with timings, making me feel completely at ease, so much so the final fitting was done without the need for an aesthetic. The end result is perfect, they feel like they are my own. Thanks to the great work by the team, I now have a full set of teeth for the first time in over 20 years!

For someone who has had a poor past experience with Dental care in the past, I lost the confidence and had anxiety towards visiting another dentist. I appreciate the excellent work. Rajko(plumber) Replaced an old worn down part from a sink were the pipes kept leaking and sink got completely blocked, now it’s unblocked and working perfectly. He also provided us with some useful information/advice on how to maintain the sink with the new part. The plumber came out relatively quickly (same day) The sink is working perfectly now, So as a whole I’m very pleased with quality of service. 🚰👨‍🔧😀

So impressed with the service from Aqua Heat, and couldn’t recommend them more highly! We’ve used them several times over the past few years, in our previous house (a new build with new-ish boiler) and our current house (Edwardian house with an ancient boiler!), and there’s hasn’t been anything they’ve not been able to help us with. We wouldn’t trust anyone else. Today, a brilliant engineer called Jamie was with us to replace our boiler and carry out a ‘power flush’ of our heating system. He was so professional and the quality of the finish of his work was excellent. The old boiler was boxed in with a tight fitting cupboard and he was able to dismantle this and then refit it after the install was done (see pics), which I couldn’t believe! I was fully expecting to need to have to get a joiner out to build us a new cupboard. Thank you Jamie! Furthermore, the admin team in the office are always super helpful, and I’m grateful for them fitting us in at short notice. All in all, excellent service from start to finish 😊

Whole experience really positive. Phone response was clear and quick, gave options and spoke through process, prices. Sam was our plumber and was very pleasant, worked neatly and quickly, explained everything well and completed the job within the time frame, so no extra expense. Not super cheap, but I think fairly priced for a fast response and a very positive experience.

Alex is fantastic. He came round to fit new waste pipes under our kitchen sink. He was super friendly and respectful of our home, left the area clean after his work and did a fantastic job. We would definitely use Norton Plumbing again in the future.

Would definitely recommend Alex and Norton Plumbing. We had a total refurbishment of our bathroom which involved fully ripping out the old facilities, installing a bath, new shower, new sink, new toilet etc, replaster of the room along with significant behind the scenes plumbing work and repair to the walls. We found Alex to be so friendly and professional, it was really nice having him round the house and he was very considerate about our needs (for example he would always inform us in advance if the water needed to be off for an hour or two or if the toilet needed to be disconnected). The quality of the work was absolutely brilliant and he gave us some really good advice about what would work best in the bathroom. We liked the work and Alex so much we even tried to persuade him to do our kitchen too!

As usual, my latest appointment at Leeds City Dental Care went smooth, very efficiently & with little delay. It's been like this since my first inspection in November 2017. The surgery building itself is a lovely historic building of 2 floors. I would recommend anybody looking for a dental practice in Leeds, to give this practice a try 👍

Fantastic practice, all staff are caring and friendly, funny and put you at ease.. Our whole family attend this practice. Dentist explains everything so it’s understandable, there is never any pressure to have work done, they just look after you as if you were their own family! One word ( unbelievable) staff & dentist’s . Called them this morning at 10:30am was seen by 3:30pm ! I drove 6hrs Round trip because I hear they where very good here & it was true! I had a bad half a tooth 🦷 destruction ! The first dentist in another firm left me in a poor way . Today was so easy . I’m going to make The tooth spa my regular. Parking outside on the street. Fantastic service- from reception ladies to the dentist. I had a great experience when I went in for an extraction. My dentist had no bookings available. Tooth spa were able to see me same day and on a Saturday too! saved me from having to endure weeks of pain. I had no complications, I was pain free in less than 24 hours apart from a slight discomfort ( normal). Everyone is different but it’s important to follow the dentist advice on how to keep it clean. The procedure was quick.would definitely recommend tooth spa!
