From making that first phone call, within 3 hours they were at my mums property. Very quick and efficient service. Very friendly staff. They gave me a 30 min to arrival phone call which was a great help as I didn't need to be at my mums for hours waiting. They dealt with the problem and explained what would happen. They phoned me to make the second visit which was good as it had slipped my mind. Came out checked and put more bait down. But all good. Again friendly and efficient. Very pleased with the service. Would deffinatly use again.

2 weeks ago late at night, I saw a rat in my kitchen. Next morning, I rang the Pest Control company. The person who took my call explained the pricing policy and arranged for a techician to visit that same day. This was very important to me as I'm petrified of rats. Steve arrived on time. He was friendly and got to work straight away on assessing the area. He identifed one possible access point from the garden. Traps and bait were laid. I took the option to have Steve return 2 weeks later to check the situation. Pleased to see him and delighted no sightings of a rat(s) since his initial visit. The service is expensive, but if you need a responsive service and are able to pay, I recommend this company.

Extremely reliable service. We had a mouse problem that needing sorting asap due to having a baby and when I called up they were literally at my doorstep within a few hours. Ordered an inspection service as I suspected possible bed bugs. Was left slightly unsatisfied after the first visit as I did not think the service had been up to standard. I called up to let them know how I felt, and Gino was able to come round and resolve the issue, very throughouly inspecting the property and ensuring I was completely happy with the service. Thankfully no sign of bed bugs, but I am very grateful to him for his professionalism and friendliness in resolving the issue.

Gino was exceptional. Prompt in his response and visits. He was successful in clearing the pests and has arranged the property so it doesn’t have the same issue again. Pricing of the service was fair. He arranged a drainage service that we needed and this was helpful. I would 100% recommend Gino’s services.

Not all hero’s wear capes…….. some wear wear coveralls and a respirator. Gino came at very short notice after we had just moved into our new house and found we had a flea infestation. he is the ultimate professional, he explained absolutely everything he was going to do and clearly explained what we would Also have to do to make his visit as effective as possible. He sprayed and fumigated the house and again made sure we fully understood his aftercare advice. I haven’t seen a flea since and I would not hesitate to recommend his services and would definitely use him in the future. It’s great when you find someone so knowledgeable who gets great results and actually seems to care. Thanks again Gino

Amazing service, great guy would highly recommend. We have had an issue in our garage loft where rodents were getting in, I tried traps, baits blocking what I thought were entry points. All of this with no success. I called Urgent Pest Control after reading there Google reviews, Gino visited promptly to carry out a survey and set some traps, luckily whatever was in loft had left as the traps were empty after two weeks of being set. Gino returned today and installed gutter brushes and mesh. Would 100% recommend this company. Thanks again.

Can't recommend Chris and his company highly enough. From the first contact Chris was professional, super friendly and explained everything I needed to know. He even shuffled some jobs around to fit us in at short notice. They came when they said they'd come and sorted the problem wasp nests straight away. Great local business, we'll definitely be back in the future and will recommend to others!

Had a problem for several months and dealt with the council without success before we used H&Co's services. Chris was very friendly and identified the problem on a first visit. It only took few more visits to sort out the issue altogether. We received quotes from larger services and they are extortionate compared to H&Co. Chris is incredibly knowledgable about his craft and is very dedicated to his work. He was very responsive and keen to help. I would 100% recommend his services as he will deal with any issue professionally and sort it out quickly.

Had a very annoying rat problem with vermin running up and down the cavity walls of an old house. Chris from H& Co. did an excellent job over 3 visits laying poison, bait and traps in the affected areas and fitting a one-way valve in the sewer. Very pleased with the results as the scuttling noises are gone and the price was reasonable. Chris was excellent to deal with throughout always explaining his methods and what he'd found and pointing out areas that were more vulnerable or attractive to rats and suggesting solutions. Highly recommended!

Dee is fab, we used her for our sweet cart and the table bowls with flowers, table runners I absolutely loved what she did which included a welcome to our wedding sign, when I saw the room. Every wedding fayre we went too she was awesome would absolutely recommend.

Green village gardening transformed our garden in 2022. We had a consultation about the style and practicality of the design and planting and material costs etc. Jim listened to what we wanted and gave us detailed plans. We left Jim to work with the house key and the dog so he could pop in and out to make a cuppa as we trust him 100%. Our garden still looks great the years on and is a little sanctuary to sit and have a glass of wine of wine in. My colleague saw pictures of my garden and had hers done too because we couldn’t recommend green village gardening services enough!

Jim did an amazing job of designing and building our new garden to a standard that we were astonished when it was finished. It looks great all year round and our neighbors are always complimenting the topiary, that can only be achieved by a highly professional gardener. Highly recommend! And very knowledgeable! We used White Petal for our wedding near Christmas 2024. They were a great lot to deal with and we always had quick responses to any questions or ideas we had. They dressed the ceremony room which included the chair covers, bows, candles, petals etc as well the evening venue room with all the table decorations, candles, wreaths and Christmas bits dotted around. We also hired the giant love letters for the dance floor.

We paid most of our wedding costs some 11/12 months before it took place on May 30th 2023. But we had neglected room decoration, had not even thought about it until the manager of the reception venue asked who had we hired. So, we did a little research and were taken aback a little at how much these things cost. However, it was no contest really, White Petal easily topped our list, and are certainly not the most expensive. Dominique worked with us and was full of ideas to guide us. The room on the day, exceeded all of our expectations, and was worth every penny. Many of our guests commented on how beautiful it was, and the Hydrangea wall was a lovely touch that made for some beautiful photos. If we could do it all again (10th anniversary maybe?), then we wouldn't hesitate to hire Dominique and her team again. Thank you so much x

Dominique was brilliant!!!! from meeting us at the venue a few months prior, to the morning of the wedding and even after, Dominique was great. She really listened to everything we wanted (and helped us along the way when we didn't have a clue :)) The ceremony room and the reception room looked absolutely stunning!! and at the end of the night she spoke with us asking how the day had gone whilst helping to clear everything away! We can’t thank you enough for how incredible you made our venue look on our wedding day. The whole place looked absolutely stunning and you brought our vision to life then exceeded it! From the bigger pieces including the flower arch to the finer details - everything looked perfect. Robin's Nest have just recently completed some work on my garden, installing some sleepers and some levelling off work. The team of Rob, Will and Big Angus were absolutely amazing, extremely professional, very polite and friendly all of them, and the work they have carried has been done to a very high standard which I am extremely happy with. The service we received from Pest Master was great from start to finish. Wayne was highly professional, reassuring and friendly. We had moved into the property and found that rats had been staying for quite some time. With Wayne's expert knowledge and patience we were able eradicate the rats and future protect our home. Having any rodent in your home can be quite upsetting and distressing I would highly recommend Pest Master for their help and support.

At a time of crisis with mice in the garage and car port (and getting inside the car) PestMaster proved to be prompt, helpful and effective at sorting it out. Their cost covered 3 visits to make sure we were happy and all the equipment required. Well worth it and good value. Not only that Wayne sorted out an extra barrier to put at the bottom of the garage doors to seal them from mice getting in for minimally extra cost.Excellent service. Would highly recommend their service instead of putting random bits of over the counter bait which kills slowly and indiscriminately.
