We suffered a leak on our boiler and called Pride for help with diagnosing and repairing. At every stage of our interaction with the company, whether it be on the phone with the office, or when the engineers were in our home, everybody was polite and courteous! Very happy with the new boiler and the install has been completed neat and tidy. I highly recommend! Thanks

Pride Plumbing has been our go to contractor for a number of years now using them for gas boiler servicing, bathroom installation and recently new designer radiator for our living room. Excellent support and advice with high quality workmanship. Very nice people too, highly recommend.

I have used Pride Plumbing Services for a number of plumbing requirements over the last 10 Years. All the team that I have dealt with over the years have been fantastic, thorough, efficient and well priced. Most recently Ant arranged for Jacob to come round and fit a new boiler with a smart thermostat after our old one died. We were very happy with the work as always and they were more competitively priced than larger chains like British Gas. I would recommend Pride Plumbing Services to anybody.

Pride came to convert my Mother's bathroom into a walk-in shower. From start to finish the whole experience was excellent. Great price, very friendly plumber who went above and beyond to look after my elderly Mother. They were very clean and tidy and can definitely recommend. This is the second time we have used them.

Absolutely amazing hairdressers for the grey transformation! Vanessa and Sharna at 1717 are the only hairdressers who have confidently lifted my hair from red to grey. I have visited many hairdressers who have been unable to do this for me given I have been dying my hair for over 20 years! Really pleased - great staff with a great atmosphere. Many thanks for all your efforts throughout the day and for the amazing end result.

I went for a total look makeover where I change my extra long brown hair for a pink bob style. I couldn't be more pleased and happy. Both Sharna and Vanessa were so kind and positive that made the change natural and removed all my remaining nerves! They made me feel comfortable and at home and made my dream come true! At last I found my saloon in Derby! Already booked my appointment to go back! You rock girls!

I had an amazing experience at 17:17 Hair Salon! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The stylist really listened to what I wanted and gave helpful suggestions to achieve the best result. My cut and color turned out even better than I imagined! Went through a lead pipe in the middle of a wall in the bathroom on a Sunday night… the emergency plumbers (not RML) were called as I couldn’t find the stopcock, they turned the water off and tried to fix the lead pipe for a few hours but couldn’t do it… left water off and charged me nearly a grand for the privilege. I called RML on the Monday and they turned up in an hour, fixed the issue in under an hour, were friendly, polite, honest, tidy and well priced. I would highly recommend these guys for literally anything plumbing or heating related, they’re fantastic.

Richard replied very promptly to my text requesting an urgent visit the same morning and arrived at the time he had told me. Fixed my toilet quickly, within an hour, replacing all parts to ensure there were no further issues. The reason for 4 stars is just that he did not provide me with a quote prior to starting the work. In this instance I could not have done anything else as the repair needed to be done ASAP, but it was more than I was expecting, although still reasonable for an emergency call-out after a little research. Would recommend.

Becky is so caring and makes you feel amazing. I always buy my family and friends gift vouchers to share the same expertise and experience I have for my treatments. Becky is very accommodating and organised when booking appointments. The salon very clean and beautiful, it’s definitely my happy place.

After my latest visit to the salon today I can honestly say the whole experience was perfect (as it always is). From my first visit (way back when) I have always received high quality treatments in relaxing surroundings from the lovely Rebecca. I consider her prices to be fair (for all services) and well worth paying, if only for the positive difference you feel from entering to leaving. I can confidently and highly recommended a visit and always feel happy to have an appointment booked or to recieve a gift voucher, which I also love to buy to give to my nearest and dearest so they can have a pamper treat.

The new space is lovely. I went for my first pedicure (it was a gift) and I had Niamh (I think). She was great and did a fabulous job - I upgraded to gel nails which she liked and advised (again never had before). There are 3 spaces for pedicures to be done and they are quite close together so I would recommend putting your bag/stuff behind you on the seat and your shoes on the floor near the basin. The foot treatment and massage was really relaxing and the view of the Marina was gorgeous. I was offered a drink immediately when I got there which I appreciated as I hadn’t had my morning coffee, and everything was explained. Would definitely go back!

My pedicure treatment was with MilIe think her name was, softly spoken young lady. The lady I had was lovely and listened to my wants and pressure when massaging my feet. The treatment was amazing and those views were great! Highly recommend to friends and family. All three girls were lovely and chatty,when they could join in as me and my friends were talking but including the girls into the conversation too. Lovely treatment by some lovely ladies

I had an incredible experience with Becky! She gave me a lovely massage and facial. The pressure during the massage was absolutely perfect—just what I needed to relieve tension. We've had a very good experience with Simon, who is knowledgable, reliable and efficient. Came to service our boiler, managed to solve the problem we've had for several years that other engineers said couldn't be fixed. He explained everything he did as he worked. All for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend Simon and will deal with him in future.

I had three small domestic plumbing jobs (tap repair, tap replacement and radiator swap) but they were all made quite awkward with access issues and old pipework. Whereas with other tradespeople it was a lot of head scratching, deep intakes of breath and silly prices, Simon provided practical solutions and got the job done quickly at fair and reasonable rates. He offered sound advice and was very accommodating, working around me and my young family with no fuss and no mess. Thanks Simon. Highly recommend!

Sean along with his team of Johnnie & Charlie, have just installed a new roof on our property, from the initial contact, the measuring up, the choice of tiles (non of which the other Roofing companies offered) to the actual installation and all the additional work I asked them to carry out as they went along, they were nothing but professional all the way through. They turned up everyday, weather permitting on time every day. To say we are very happy with the finished job is an under statement. I can fully recommend Sean and his team
